基于BPR理论的工程造价咨询企业业务流程重组研究

【摘要】：BPR理论是企业管理的变革的产物。而现阶段造价咨询企业的传统业务由于存在诸多弊端,已经跟不上造价咨询市场发展的需要,因而需要向全过程工程造价咨询业务过渡。本文将上世纪90年代风靡国际的BPR管理理论引入工程造价咨询行业,从工程造价咨询企业的角度,将全过程工程造价咨询业务视作其进行的一个项目,结合BPR理论,从工作的内容、范围、流程等各个方面深入研究,全面分析,并对全过程工程造价咨询业务的各个阶段进行流程再造。首先介绍造价咨询企业以及BPR理论的发展历史以及在国内外的发展现状;其次介绍造价咨询企业全过程工程造价管理及BPR相关理论;再次对造价咨询企业进行业务流程重组的必要性及可行性进行分析;然后基于BPR理论对造价咨询企业全过程工程造价业务的各个具体的阶段进行流程构建;然后再把BIM技术运用到对全过程造价咨询业务流程重组构建起支撑作用的信息环境构建中,促进业务流程重组的开展;论文对工程造价咨询企业转型升级做大做强具有较好的指导作用。
[Abstract]:BPR theory is the product of enterprise management reform. At present, the traditional business of cost consulting enterprises has many disadvantages, which can not keep up with the needs of the development of cost consulting market, so it needs to transition to the whole process of engineering cost consulting business. In this paper, the BPR management theory, which is popular in the 1990s, is introduced into the engineering cost consulting industry. From the point of view of the engineering cost consulting enterprise, the whole process engineering cost consulting business is regarded as a project carried out by the enterprise, and the whole process engineering cost consulting business is considered as a project, which is combined with the BPR theory. From the aspects of work content, scope, process and other aspects of in-depth research, comprehensive analysis, and the whole process of engineering cost consulting business stages of process reengineering. Firstly, it introduces the development history of cost consulting enterprise and BPR theory, and then introduces the whole process engineering cost management and BPR theory of cost consulting enterprise. Thirdly, it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of cost consulting enterprise's business process reengineering, and then constructs the process of cost consulting enterprise's whole process engineering cost business based on BPR theory. Then the BIM technology is applied to the construction of information environment which can support the construction of the whole process cost consulting business process reengineering to promote the development of the business process reengineering. This paper has a good guiding effect on the transformation and upgrading of engineering cost consulting enterprises.
