众包物流接包方持续参与意愿影响因素研究

【摘要】:懒人经济盛行之下,到家服务日益火爆,如何激励众包物流接包方的持续参与,是企业保证众包物流团队稳定性和提升服务质量过程中亟待解决的问题,也是当前研究的难点问题。文章在参考PAM-ISC及TPB模型的基础上,构建了众包物流接包方持续参与意愿的影响因素模型,主要分析参与动机、主观规范、感知行为控制、满意度和接包方持续参与意愿的关系。基于对众包物流接包方的问卷调查,采用SMARTPLS2.0软件进行实证分析,研究结果表明:参与动机、主观规范及感知行为控制对接包方持续参与意愿有正向影响;满意度在参与动机对持续参与意愿的影响过程中起部分中介作用。研究结论对于提升众包物流接包方的参与满意度及激励其持续参与行为,促进众包物流模式的稳定和健康发展,有一定的理论指导和应用价值。
[Abstract]:Under the prevailing economy of lazy people, home service is becoming more and more popular. How to encourage the continuous participation of crowdsourcing contractors is an urgent problem to be solved in the process of ensuring the stability of crowdsourcing logistics team and improving the quality of service. It is also a difficult problem in current research. On the basis of reference to PAM-ISC and TPB model, this paper constructs a model of influencing factors of continuous participation intention of contracting parties in crowdsourcing, mainly analyzes the motivation of participation, subjective norms, perceived behavior control, and so on. The relationship between satisfaction and the continued willingness of the contractor to participate. Based on the questionnaire survey of the contracting parties of crowdsourcing, the empirical analysis is carried out by using SMARTPLS2.0 software. The results show that: participation motivation, subjective norms and perceived behavior control have a positive impact on the contractor's willingness to continue to participate; Satisfaction plays an intermediary role in the process of the influence of participation motivation on sustained willingness to participate. The research conclusion has certain theoretical guidance and application value for improving the participation satisfaction and encouraging the continuous participation behavior of the contractor of crowdsourcing logistics and promoting the stable and healthy development of the mode of crowdsourcing logistics.
