中国区域收入与经济差异的联合动态性研究

【摘要】：采用泰尔指数方法测算了1990-2014年中国区域经济差异,并结合相应的人均收入数据,运用马尔可夫链方法分析了区域收入与经济差异之间的联动性及其演变趋势。得到的主要结论有:1)区域收入与经济差异之间存在一定的关系。低收入类型中既存在经济差异较低的区域也存在经济差异较高的区域;中等收入类型区域主要以高经济差异为主,且经济差异呈逐渐缩小的趋势;高收入类型区域以高经济差异和中等经济差异居多,并呈现出高经济差异向中等经济差异转变的趋势。2)区域收入与经济差异之间具有联动性。低收入-低差异区域主要分布在中国中部,且保持低收入-低差异状态的概率较高;中等收入-中等差异类型的区域最容易发生状态转移;高收入-高差异区域不容易向中等收入-低差异区域转移,而高收入-低差异区域则可能成为高收入-中等差异区域。3)从长期看,低收入-中等差异区域的稳定性较高,中等收入-中等差异区域可能向其他类型的区域转移。最后,提出了缩小区域经济差异的政策建议。
[Abstract]:This paper calculates the regional economic differences in China from 1990 to 2014 by using the Tyre index method, and analyzes the relationship between regional income and economic differences by Markov chain method with the corresponding per capita income data. The main conclusions are as follows: 1) there is a certain relationship between regional income and economic differences. In the low income type, there are not only the regions with low economic differences but also the regions with higher economic differences, and the middle income regions are mainly high economic differences, and the economic differences tend to decrease gradually. The region of high income type is mostly high economic difference and middle economic difference, and shows the trend of transformation from high economic difference to middle economic difference. 2) there is a linkage between regional income and economic difference. Low-income-low-difference regions are mainly distributed in the central part of China, and the probability of maintaining low-income-low-difference states is high, and the regions of middle-middle income-middle-difference types are most likely to occur state transfer. The high-income-high-difference region is not easy to move to the middle-low-difference area, while the high-income-low-difference region may become the high-income-middle-difference region. 3) in the long run, the low-income-middle-difference region is more stable. Middle income-medium difference areas may move to other types of regions. Finally, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to narrow the regional economic differences.
