快速城镇化背景下转型社区的发展陷阱及其治理困境

【摘要】：城镇化是空间城镇化、制度城镇化与人的城镇化不断深化的过程。而资源介入状况的差异导致了转型社区的发展在上述三个层面面临不同的问题,转型社区本身也面临不同的发展陷阱。在资源匮乏的情况下,转型社区发展容易陷入碎片化和内卷化的陷阱。在资源介入充足的情况下,转型社区的发展也并不顺利。资本的介入导致转型社区容易陷入区隔化发展。发展陷阱则导致了转型社区居民无感发展、密集利益不能普惠、社区分化日益严重以及社会资本难以重塑等治理困境。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is the process of spatial urbanization, institutional urbanization and human urbanization. The difference of resource intervention leads to different problems in the development of transitional communities at the above three levels, and the transitional communities themselves are also facing different development pitfalls. In the case of lack of resources, the development of transitional communities is easy to fall into the trap of fragmentation and entrapment. Under the condition of adequate intervention of resources, the development of transitional community is not smooth. The intervention of capital makes the transitional community easy to fall into the development of partition. The development trap leads to the governance dilemma of residents in transitional communities, such as senseless development, intensive interests can not be inclusive, community differentiation is becoming more and more serious, and social capital is difficult to reshape.
