[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the project supervision system, it has played an extremely important role in ensuring the quality and safety of the construction project, and has also improved the management level of the engineering construction industry in our country. With the gradual entry of the reform into the deep water area and the rapid development of economy, the government has increased the scale of investment in highway projects, and more problems have appeared in the supervision of expressway construction. The traditional supervision mode can no longer meet the needs of modern engineering construction projects, which requires the supervision industry to change from the traditional management mode to the fine management mode. " Fine management is the inevitable requirement of social professional division of labor and fine social service quality. At the same time, it also plays an extremely important role in the expressway construction supervision industry in our country. This paper will study the expressway project supervision work by analyzing the fine management concept. In this paper, the MTC expressway construction project of ZH Company (hereinafter referred to as MTC project) is taken as the research object, by mastering the characteristics of MTC project, the key points, difficulties and influencing factors of the current supervision work are analyzed. In view of the problems and shortcomings existing in the actual work of the supervision unit in the construction stage, the improvement measures and methods of "fine, accurate and strict" are worked out, so as to promote the organic combination of the contents of the work of "five control, two pipes and one coordination" and form a complete chain management system. Using scientific, professional and standardized management mode to improve the level of project supervision and management, not only to provide high quality and satisfactory service for owners, but also to provide some practical reference for improving the competitiveness of ZH company. At the same time, this paper will optimize the supervision work plan according to the contract content, and find out the problems and shortcomings in the work. Aiming at the problems of MTC project supervision organization, team building, learning form, assessment and reward system, clean government education and so on, this paper puts forward some countermeasures. Through the work of "five control, two management and one coordination", the supervision unit can carry out fine management, so as to realize the predetermined goal of MTC project smoothly.
