商业保险公司农业保险经营现状问题及对策研究

【摘要】：农业是立国之本,发展农业是各国的首要任务,农业保险应运而生,保证了农业的健康发展,所以研究农业保险极具现实意义。目前,我国在农业保险方面的研究比较薄弱,相关问题较为突出,特别是从商业保险公司视角研究农业保险经营问题的研究较少,因此,本文通过分析商业保险公司经营农业保险的现状,探索农业保险发展的问题,导致农业保险发展相对缓慢的原因,研究相应的解决办法。期望消除农业保险发展认识和理论上的误区,明确商业保险公司经营主体作用,发挥商业保险公司营销特长,适应服务“三农”的发展方向,体现农业保险制度的重要作用。本文通过分析力求探索商业保险公司在农业保险经营过程中的问题及相应策略,全文研究内容如下：第一章,介绍研究的背景及意义,总结国内外相关领域研究动态,阐述研究方向及研究思路。第二章,概述农业保险相关概念及基本问题,阐述农业保险的基本理论及经营模式分类。第三章,我国商业保险公司经营农业保险现状、经营主体和经营模式分析,介绍我国商业保险公司经营宏观环境。第四章,商业保险公司经营农业保险业务问题分析,分析农业保险行为中农民行为、政府行为、商业保险公司行为的特点和对农业保险发展的影响,从理论上寻找商业保险公司经营农业保险过程中的问题。第五章,从商业保险公司角度出发,针对我国农业保险发展过程中的问题,结合我国的具体国情,尝试从商业保险公司的视角提出解决问题的方法。第六章,结论,农业保险基于农业生产的特殊性,其发展过程是一个不断创新的过程,相信在政府的支持下,我国农业保险一定会走的更好。
