【摘要】：正保险业是现代金融体系和社会保障体系的重要组成部分,为市场经济提供风险管理手段,具有经济补偿、资金融通、社会管理等功能。当前广东经济社会正处在发展和转型的关键时期,全面总结、长远谋划保险业改革发展,充分运用保险机制支持广东建设,对广东加快完善社会主义市场经济体制和转变经济发展方式,在改善民生和创新管理中加强社会建设,全面建成小康社会,具有重要的意义。
[Abstract]:The insurance industry is an important part of the modern financial system and social security system. It provides the risk management means for the market economy, with economic compensation, capital financing. Social management and other functions. At present, Guangdong's economy and society are in the critical period of development and transformation. We should sum up comprehensively, plan the insurance reform and development in the long run, and make full use of the insurance mechanism to support Guangdong's construction.
