中华财险内蒙古分公司培训体系研究

【摘要】:近些年来电销、网销等信息化技术的兴起,行业主体不断增多,传统销售模式已逐步被取代,保险行业竞争也变得空前的激烈,如果要想在市场中拥有话语权,能更好的生存,那么作为生产力中最活跃的人的因素是不可或缺的,各个企业中人员素质的高低在一定程度上将决定企业未来,因此要想企业未来的经营业绩更好,就得对员工进行培训以提高其素质。从某种意义上讲,一家企业培训体系的好坏将决定企业在市场上是否具有核心竞争力。所以,要投入更大的功夫来研究如何加强职员们的素质,来加强他们的的市场竞争力就成为各个保险公司高层管理者制定公司战略规划的最重要的部分。目前我国保险市场发展尚属初级阶段,基本上以保险产品及保险公司为主导的市场形态,保险人员现在所存在的两方面的非常重要的问题包括职员的学历低和公司的培训质量又达不到要求,所以,深入研究保险行业培训方式,不仅有利于促进保险公司的快速发展,更加有助于整个行业发挥本身的保障作用。 本文以中华财险内蒙古分公司为研究对象,首先对培训理论进行概述,然后着重的说明了我在整篇文章中将要用到的基本的理论,研究方法以及文章的基本框架下的主要内容。然后对于中华财险内蒙古分公司的培训状况作了分析,比较明确的阐述了公司现在的六个方向的培训的内容,并运用了所学的知识研究了现有的培训体系所存在的问题:忽略了真正的需求分析、忽视了职员们的文化水平、浪费了培训人员的时间、素质低下、相应的岗位的不足、没有实际内容这六个主要的大问题。本文的最后对整个培训过程也做了较明确的分析与设计,对现在存在的问题,提出了较为系统的,有针对的,和时效性较强的设计的原则;又分出了基础培训和对上层领导阶层的培训的新观念,并且科学的设计了中华财险内蒙古分公司的培训体系。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rise of information technology, such as call marketing, network marketing and so on, the main body of the industry has been increasing, the traditional sales model has been gradually replaced, and the competition in the insurance industry has become unprecedented fierce. If you want to have the right to speak in the market, you can survive better. Well, as the most active human factor in the productive forces, it is indispensable that the quality of personnel in each enterprise will to a certain extent determine the future of the enterprise. Therefore, in order to achieve better business performance in the future, It is necessary to train employees to improve their quality. In a sense, the quality of an enterprise's training system will determine whether an enterprise has core competitiveness in the market. To put more effort into how to strengthen the quality of the staff, To strengthen their market competitiveness has become the most important part for top managers of insurance companies to formulate company strategic plans. At present, the development of the insurance market in China is still at an early stage. Basically, the market is dominated by insurance products and insurance companies. The two very important problems that the insurance personnel are facing now include the low academic qualifications of the employees and the fact that the quality of the company's training is not up to the requirements. So, It is not only helpful to promote the rapid development of insurance companies, but also helpful to the whole industry to play its own protection role. This article takes China property Insurance Inner Mongolia Branch as the research object, first carries on the summary to the training theory, then has explained the basic theory which I will use in the entire article emphatically, Research methods and main contents under the basic framework of the article. Then the training situation of Inner Mongolia Branch of property Insurance in China is analyzed, and the contents of the training in the six directions of the company are explained more clearly. And used the knowledge to study the existing problems of the training system: ignoring the real needs analysis, ignoring the cultural level of the staff, wasting the training staff time, low quality, the corresponding lack of posts, There is no actual content of these six major problems. At the end of this paper, the whole training process is analyzed and designed clearly, and the principles of systematic, targeted and time-efficient design are put forward for the existing problems. It also points out the new concept of basic training and training for the upper leadership, and scientifically designs the training system of China property Insurance Inner Mongolia Branch.
