农村养老变革凸显大国温度——当前“新农保”问题与对策

【摘要】：正建立新农保制度是我国经济社会发展到现阶段的一种必然趋势,是逐步缩小城乡差距、打破城乡二元结构、推进公共服务均等化的基础性工程,使中国农民感受到了国家发展的温度全国两会召开在即,回顾前一届政府的五年工作,其中备受称道与赞誉的战略举措就是推进新型农村社会养老保险(以下简称"新农保"),使中国农民享受到了"前无古人"的待遇,感受到了国家发展的温度。
