公务员养老制度改革探析

【摘要】:正党的十八大报告明确指出,要改革和完善企业和机关事业单位社会保险制度。这为人力资源社会保障系统在未来一段时间内的工作重点进行了布局。就这一任务来说,目前最受关注的就是机关工作人员即公务员的社会保险制度,尤其是养老保险制度的完善和改革问题。养老保险制度类型分析从筹资渠道的角度来看,养老保险制度共分三种:国家保障型、责任共担型和自我积累型。国家保障型即
