【摘要】：正老龄化社会与长期护理需求随着经济社会的发展,人口老龄化、家庭小型化,以及城市化带来的工作、生活方式的改变,我国几千年来建立在传统文化和社会结构之上的家庭养老制度的平衡状态正逐步解体。调查显示,截至2015年底全国60岁及以上老年人口2.22亿人,占总人口16.1%,失能半失能人数超过4000万人,需要长期照护。据预测,到2050年,我国60岁以上人口占总人数比重将超过30%,失能和半失能人
[Abstract]:With the development of economic society, the aging population, the miniaturization of families, and the changes in work and lifestyle brought about by urbanization, The balance of the family pension system, which has been based on traditional culture and social structures for thousands of years, is gradually disintegrating. The survey shows that by the end of 2015, 222 million people were aged 60 and over in the country. Account for 16.1% of the total population, the number of disabled and semi-disabled more than 40 million people, need long-term care. According to projections, by 2050, the proportion of the population over 60 years old in the total number of people will be more than 30%, disabled and half-disabled people.
