保险发展与国民幸福感关系研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济发展水平的不断提高,保险业对国民经济发展的贡献程度有了很大的提升,在构建和谐社会的进程中起到了不可替代的作用。经过三十年的发展,我国保险密度和保险深度较初期都有所提高,通过损失补偿、资金融通和社会管理等方式提升了国民幸福感。文章使用中国综合社会调查2010数据进行实证研究,探讨保险发展与国民幸福感关系。文章首先从哲学、心理学和经济学角度分析幸福感的相关概念,并通过效用理论、前景理论以及消费者剩余理论说明了保险业发展促进国民幸福感的经济学理论基础。其次文章详细分析我国保险业发展提升国民幸福感的路径。重点介绍寿险业与财产保险业的运行机制、保险的功能和特征,得出保险所具有的的经济补偿、资金融通和社会管理功能,从而通过提高经济发展、降低失业率、调节收入差距、提高社会保障程度等方面提升国民幸福感。文章还构建实证分析框架,利用中国综合社会调查数据对保险发展与国民幸福感的关系进行实证研究,证得保险发展对国民幸福感的提升有着积极作用,保险越发展,国民幸福感越强烈,保险业对于促进经济发展和社会和谐有着正向效应。但是我们还应该看到,财产保险业虽然取得了一定程度的发展,但因其险种、结构等原因,与寿险业相比我国财产保险业在促进国民幸福感提升方面还存在不足。最后根据实证结果分别从政府增强监管水平、保险企业产品创新、重视消费者权益保护和商业保险积极参与社会保障建设方面提出建议,以此来促进保险业的发展,提升国民幸福感。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of our country's economic development level, the insurance industry's contribution to the development of national economy has been greatly improved, which has played an irreplaceable role in the process of building a harmonious society. Both the insurance density and the insurance depth in China have been improved in the early stage, and the national happiness has been improved by means of loss compensation, financing and social management. This paper uses 2010 data from China Comprehensive Social Survey to carry out an empirical study. This paper discusses the relationship between insurance development and national well-being. Firstly, this paper analyzes the related concepts of happiness from the perspective of philosophy, psychology and economics, and uses utility theory. Prospect theory and consumer surplus theory explain the economic theoretical basis of insurance development to promote national happiness. Secondly, the article analyzes the path of insurance development to enhance national well-being in detail. And the operational mechanism of the property insurance industry, The functions and characteristics of insurance, and the economic compensation, financing and social management functions of insurance, so as to improve economic development, reduce unemployment rate, and adjust income gap, This paper also constructs an empirical analysis framework to study the relationship between the development of insurance and the well-being of the people by using the comprehensive social survey data of China. The development of insurance has a positive effect on the promotion of national well-being. The more insurance develops, the stronger the national happiness is. The insurance industry has a positive effect on promoting economic development and social harmony. But we should also see that, Although the property insurance industry has made a certain degree of development, but because of its type of insurance, structure and other reasons, Compared with the life insurance industry, China's property insurance industry still has some shortcomings in promoting the national happiness. Finally, according to the empirical results, the government strengthens the supervision level, the insurance enterprise product innovation, In order to promote the development of the insurance industry and enhance the national happiness, the author puts forward some suggestions on the protection of consumers' rights and interests and the active participation of commercial insurance in the construction of social security.
