引入农业保险下种植业农产品供应链的协调性与利润稳定性研究

【摘要】：种植业是我国农业的重要基础,其发展水平关乎人们日常生活质量。然而,种植业农产品的生产对环境条件要求较高,在灾害、事故或病疫等自然风险的威胁下,农户的产出具有高度的不确定性,引起供应链的产销量波动,致使供应链各成员间供求不平衡、利益关系难以协调,供应链各成员无法获得稳定的收益。由此,为使种植业农产品供应链协调运作且其利润在风险下保有稳定性,供应链成员亟须采取积极策略优化供应链运营结构,解决供应链利益关系不协调、利润不稳定的问题。针对以上问题,本文拟采用收益共享契约与农业保险组合应用在种植业农产品供应链中以应对自然风险、解决问题,重点探究农业保险优化农产品供应链的协调状态及利润稳定性的有效性。首先,以种植业农产品三级供应链为研究背景,构建无农业保险和引入农业保险两种情况下供应链的利润模型,量化表达订购策略,为下文论证提供基本模型;其次,针对种植业农产品供应链供求关系、利益关系不协调问题,阐明农产品供应链的协调机理,基于收益共享契约分别实现无农业保险及引入农业保险下供应链的协调运作。对比分析农业保险对协调状态下供应链的利润、订购量、批发价格的优化作用,据此给出农业保险的实际应用策略,并通过算例分析验证结论;再次,针对种植业农产品供应链利润不稳定问题,定义农产品供应链利润的稳定性,在此基础上分析农业保险对供应链利润的影响路径。进一步对比分析农业保险对供应链预测利润水平、利润来源和实际盈利能力的优化作用效果,据此给出农业保险的应用策略,并延续同一算例验证结论;最后,总结农业保险优化种植业农产品供应链协调状态及利润稳定性的研究成果。本文重点分析了农业保险对种植业农产品供应链协调状态及利润稳定性的优化作用,论证了收益共享契约与农业保险组合应用解决问题的有效性。研究表明:农业保险在一定程度上可优化种植业农产品供应链的协调状态,使供应链对自然风险的接受能力增强、供应链更具活力;合理购买农业保险可发挥农业保险的保障效用,削弱自然风险的影响,激励供应链积极投入运营、增加利润来源、增强盈利能力,大体优化了种植业农产品供应链利润的稳定性。
[Abstract]:Farming is the important foundation of China's agriculture, its development level is the quality of people's daily life. However, the production of agricultural products on the environment conditions are higher, in the disaster, accident or disease such as natural risk, farmers' output has a high degree of uncertainty, caused by fluctuations in production and sales of the supply chain. The members of the supply chain between the supply and demand imbalance, it is difficult to coordinate the interests of each member of the supply chain, to obtain stable income. Therefore, in order to make the agricultural products supply chain coordination and profit under the risk to maintain stability, the members of the supply chain must take positive strategies to optimize the supply chain operation structure, solve the supply chain coordination. Interest, profit unstable problem. To solve the above problems, this paper uses the revenue sharing contract and agricultural insurance combined application in the agricultural products supply chain in response to natural risk, To solve the problem, effectiveness and focus on coordination and profit stability optimization of agricultural insurance agricultural products supply chain. First, in three level supply chain of agricultural products in planting industry as the research background, construction of agricultural insurance and the introduction of profit model of supply chain of agricultural insurance in the two case, the expression strategy in order to provide the basic model for quantification. The following argument; secondly, according to the agricultural products supply chain coordination between supply and demand, the relationship of interests, coordination mechanisms of supply chain of agricultural products, revenue sharing contract respectively to realize the coordinated operation of the supply chain of agricultural insurance and agricultural insurance. Based on the introduction of a comparative analysis of agricultural insurance on the coordination state of the profits of the supply chain, order the amount, optimization function of the wholesale price, according to the actual application of the agricultural insurance policy, and through the example analysis to verify the results; again, according to the agricultural products supply chain The profit is not stable, the definition of stability of agricultural products supply chain profit, path analysis of agricultural insurance effect on supply chain profits. On the basis of further comparative analysis of agricultural insurance on the supply chain profit forecast level, the effect of optimization of profit sources and actual profitability, gives the application strategy of agricultural insurance, and the continuation of the same an example to verify the results; finally, summarizes the research results of the optimization of agricultural insurance agricultural products supply chain coordination and profit stability. This paper focuses on the optimization effect of agricultural insurance on the stability of supply chain coordination and profit of agricultural products, which demonstrates the validity of the contract and the application of agricultural insurance combined to solve the problem of revenue sharing. Research shows that the agricultural insurance can optimize the coordination of state agricultural products supply chain in a certain extent, make the supply chain to accept natural risks Enhance the ability of the supply chain, more dynamic; buy agricultural insurance can play a reasonable agricultural insurance effect, weakening the natural risk, supply chain incentive to actively put into operation, increase profits, enhance profitability, optimize the stability of planting industry in agricultural products supply chain profits.
