河南省14县区新型农村合作医疗实施效果分析

【摘要】：使用2003—201210年间的"河南省农村住户调查"数据,分析河南省14个县区的新型农村合作医疗实施效果。分析内容包括:各县区新农合报销开始的实际年份;大额医疗消费水平和总体医疗消费水平在新农合实施前后的变化趋势;农户的医疗负担在报销前后的比较;各县区的实际报销比。结论认为:新农合的实施提高了河南省农户的医疗消费水平;郑州市5区的医疗消费行为和新农合实施效果具有特殊性;总体上,实际报销的覆盖面仍显不足。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of Rural Household Survey in Henan Province from 2003 to 2010, the effect of new rural cooperative medical system in 14 counties of Henan Province was analyzed.The contents of the analysis include: the actual year of the beginning of Xinnong cooperative reimbursement in each county, the changing trend of large medical consumption level and overall medical consumption level before and after the implementation of NCMS, the comparison of the medical burden of farmers before and after reimbursement;The actual reimbursement ratio of each county and district.The conclusion is that the implementation of NCMS has improved the level of medical consumption of farmers in Henan province; the medical consumption behavior and the effect of NCMS in 5 districts of Zhengzhou have particularity; on the whole, the coverage of actual reimbursement is still insufficient.
