A寿险公司组织发展与留存研究

【摘要】:在我国加入WTO以后,,保险市场开发程度增大,保险业以年均30%以上的速度增长,是我国增长速度最快的行业之一。A人寿在运行过程中暴露出了许多问题,严重影响了保险业的快速发展。 A人寿保险公司模仿了平安人寿组织发展与留存模式,并结合公司的实际情况形成了具有自己特色的组织发展与留存的制度,经过十二年的告诉发展,已经暴露出了许多问题,严重影响了A人寿保险公司的快速发展。本文首先介绍了选题背景、研究的意义及研究的框架;从经济环境、人口及社会保障体系、风险环境和政策环境四个方面分析了保险业快速发展的因素;其次介绍了A人寿保险公司的基本情况,以山东分公司为例分析了A人寿营销部门的架构设置,从寿险代理人的年历、学历、从业时间培训、活动量管理、激励和留存情况对A人寿的现状进行了详细分析。在A寿险公司组织发展与留存方面,指出了从业人员的素质不断下降、产能低、脱落率高、公司财务成本不断提高、风险加剧加大和诚信危机等问题,并从寿险公司自身的原因、寿险代理人自身的原因、寿险代理人的法律地位不明确、寿险行业的环境问题四个方面分析问题产生的原因;综合以上的分析,从做好入司甄选、提高代理人的综合素质、加强培训和日常管理、提高寿险代理人的训练津贴和责任底薪及代理人员工制改革等完善对策。本文对对A人寿保险公司能够稳定、健康的发展具有现实意义,同时对A人寿组织发展与留存问题的实践具有一定的现实指导意义。
[Abstract]:After China ' s entry into WTO , the development degree of insurance market is increased , and the insurance industry grows more than 30 % per year . It is one of the fastest - growing industries in China . A life of life exposes many problems in the course of operation , which seriously affects the rapid development of insurance industry .

Life Insurance Company A Life Insurance Company has simulated the development and retirement model of Ping An Life Insurance Company and formed the system of organization development and retention with its own characteristics in combination with the actual situation of the Company . After 12 years of telling the development , many problems have been exposed , which seriously affected the rapid development of life insurance company A . Firstly , this paper introduces the background of topic selection , the significance of research and the framework of research .
From four aspects of economic environment , population and social security system , risk environment and policy environment , the factors of rapid development of insurance industry are analyzed .
Secondly , the paper introduces the basic situation of A Life Insurance Company , analyzes the structure setting of A Life Insurance Company , analyzes the current situation of A Life Insurance Company from the aspects of seniority , education , time training , activity quantity management , motivation and retention of life insurance agent .
Based on the above analysis , we should improve the comprehensive quality of the agent , strengthen the training and the daily management , improve the training allowance of the life insurance agent , the base salary of the duty and the employee system reform , etc . The article has realistic meaning to the development of A life insurance company and the development and retention of A life insurance company .
