数据挖掘技术在财产保险分析中的应用

【摘要】:进入二十世纪80年代后,计算机技术得到了迅猛发展,在保险行业中开始出现业务计算机系统,随着保险公司的业务系统日趋完善,数据交换和处理中心的建立,如何满足保险行业日益增长的各种查询、统计、报表以及分析和预测的需求;如何提高防范和化解经营风险的能力,从而在激烈的竞争中赢得先机是保险企业在信息技术应用上的首要难题。由于保险行业往往涉及到大量的财务问题,具有一定的重要性与复杂性,因此对于开发保险业数据信息具有较为重要的价值与广阔的应用空间。本文主要以财产保险数据挖掘系统的分析、设计为主,通过对相关数据挖掘方法的对比分析,选择关联规则数据挖掘作为基础,在对相关数据挖掘方法的对比研究后,选择关联规则算法中的增量挖掘算法并结合经验导向数据挖掘方法实现基于财产保险分析的数据挖掘,针对财产保险的具体数据情况和增量挖掘算法特点制定了算法的实现机制,设计实现了财产保险分析系统。通过选择财产保险承保与理赔这一块业务的相关风险数据作为系统数据挖掘的数据集内容,文中采用关联算法中的FP_growth算法对采集到的数据来进行数据分析,得到其优劣性与规则内容。经过测试后表明,系统运行稳定,具备高安全性和高扩展性。
[Abstract]:After entering the 1980s, the computer technology has developed rapidly, and the business computer system has begun to appear in the insurance industry. As the business system of the insurance company becomes more and more perfect, the data exchange and processing center is established.How to meet the increasing demand of inquiry, statistics, report, analysis and forecast in the insurance industry, how to improve the ability to prevent and resolve business risks,Thus winning the first chance in the fierce competition is the primary problem in the application of information technology in insurance enterprises.Because insurance industry often involves a large number of financial problems, it has certain importance and complexity, so it has more important value and broad application space for the development of insurance industry data information.Based on the analysis and design of property insurance data mining system, this paper chooses association rule data mining as the basis through the comparative analysis of relevant data mining methods, after the comparative study of relevant data mining methods,Choosing incremental mining algorithm of association rules algorithm and combining with experience-oriented data mining method to realize data mining based on property insurance analysis.According to the specific data situation of property insurance and the characteristics of incremental mining algorithm, the realization mechanism of the algorithm is established, and the property insurance analysis system is designed and implemented.Through selecting the risk data of property insurance insurance and claim settlement as the data set content of the system data mining, this paper uses the FP_growth algorithm in the association algorithm to analyze the collected data.Get its advantages and disadvantages and the content of the rules.The test results show that the system runs stably with high security and expansibility.
