基于弹性分析法的我国保险代理人制度效率问题研究

【摘要】：保险业的发展离不开保险代理人的贡献。保险代理人制度伴随着保险业的产生而产生，并推动保险业逐渐走向成熟。我国的保险代理人制度在十九世纪就已经起步，但是受到国内政治、经济等多方面因素的制约，发展极为缓慢，直到上世纪八十年代后才步入正轨。纵观我国保险代理人制度近三十年的发展历程，，成果非常显著，但仍应注意到可喜的成果掩盖不了存在的问题。本文通过对我国保险代理人制度的理论剖析和现状分析，定性归纳出我国保险代理人制度存在的缺陷，之后通过定量研究评估我国保险代理人制度的效率，最后针对如何提高我国保险代理人制度的效率提出相应的政策建议。
[Abstract]:The development of insurance industry can not be separated from the contribution of insurance agents.Insurance agent system comes into being with the emergence of insurance industry and promotes the insurance industry to mature gradually.The insurance agent system of our country has already started in the 19th century, but restricted by the domestic politics, economy and other factors, the development is extremely slow, and only after the eighties of last century did the insurance agent system get on the right track.Looking at the development of insurance agent system in our country in the past 30 years, the results are very remarkable, but we should still notice that gratifying achievements can not cover up the existing problems.Based on the theoretical analysis and current situation analysis of insurance agent system in China, this paper summarizes the defects of insurance agent system in China qualitatively, and then evaluates the efficiency of insurance agent system in China by quantitative study.Finally, it puts forward corresponding policy suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of insurance agent system in China.
