寿险公司保险业务结构转型问题研究

【摘要】:尽管近年来寿险公司已经开始关注并着手解决承保业务结构失衡问题,一些保险公司在保险产品功能配置、期限结构和业务渠道上的问题仍十分突出,进而直接间接导致了寿险产品风险保障功能弱化、短期化倾向严重、过分追求现金流规模、保险业务与投资业务主辅倒置、经营风险日渐显现及偿付能力下降等不良后果。因此,加快寿险公司保险业务结构的合理转型以促进我国寿险业的健康持续发展,更好地满足社会对保险的独特需求就具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文在实际调查、综合研判和理性归纳的基础上,从描述我国寿险业保险业务结构的现状出发,分析了寿险业务在产品、期限和渠道方面所存在的主要问题以及产生这些问题的根源,并客观评估了这些问题的影响。结合我国具体经济社会环境的变化和保险业自身的发展规律论述了保险业务结构转型的条件和应注意的一些问题。参考国际成熟寿险市场的发展历程和转型经验,给出了推进我国寿险业务顺利转型的一些建议和举措。在这方面,我国中大型的新华人寿保险公司的寿险业务转型发展历程颇具代表性,给我们的分析研究提供了一则典型实证。研究得出目前我国寿险公司保险业务结构不合理主要体现在产品功能、期限设置和营销渠道上,具体表现为风险保障型产品即传统寿险产品占比较低、长期期缴业务发展停滞不前、对银行邮政等兼业代理渠道的依赖性过强等。产生这些现象的原因主要有:寿险公司法人治理结构不完善;经营与发展上的规模与市场份额导向;营销人员的高流动性及单一的佣金激励;消费者对保险功能的误解与不当消费诉求等等。为解决上述问题以求更好地发展,已有一部分颇具先见之明的寿险公司理性而冷静地进行着保险业务结构转型,比如中国人寿保险公司、太平洋人寿保险公司和新华人寿保险公司等。有些保险公司的转型比较成功,但也有一部分保险公司在转型过程中由于种种原因转型不够彻底,收效也不明显。当前,寿险公司在转型过程中要注意以下问题:正确看待与对待伴随结构转型出现的问题;把握好转型节奏;转变以保费规模论英雄的发展理念;提升公司治理水平、技术水平与创新能力;转型应因(公)司而异,不能“一刀切”,要应情况变化而变化等。应正确借鉴发达市场寿险业务转型的经验,摸索我国转型发展路径。基于以上分析,我国寿险公司进行保险业务转型的相应举措是:产品方面要适当降低投资理财型产品比例,更多地开发销售风险保障型品种;加大宣传投入,强化投保人的风险意识,端正其保险消费理念与目的;响应监管要求停售一部分短期产品、趸缴产品,提高中长期期缴保险产品的比重;坚持传统的个人代理人渠道,调整控制银行邮政等兼业销售渠道;积极稳妥地建立和拓展网销等新兴渠道。在这方面,新华人寿保险股份有限公司寿险业务的转型思路、转型目标、遇到的困难及做法,以及转型前后的不同效果,其经验和教训的若干启示可能有助于我国寿险业对合适的业务转型路径的探寻。
[Abstract]:Although life insurance companies have begun to pay attention to and solve the problem of unbalance of the underwriting business structure in recent years, some insurance companies are still very prominent in the function allocation, term structure and business channels of insurance products, which directly leads to the weakening of the risk protection function of the life insurance products, the short-term tendency is serious, and the excessive pursuit of cash flow. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to speed up the rational transformation of the insurance business structure of life insurance companies to promote the healthy and sustained development of the life insurance industry in China and to better meet the unique social demand for insurance. On the basis of actual investigation, comprehensive study and rational induction, this paper analyzes the main problems of life insurance business in the aspects of product, time limit and channel, as well as the origin of these problems, and objectively evaluates the influence of these problems, combining with the specific economic society of China. The changing conditions of the environment and the law of the development of the insurance industry have discussed the conditions for the transformation of the insurance business structure and some problems to be paid attention to. With reference to the development process and the experience of the international mature life insurance market, some suggestions and measures to promote the smooth transition of Chinese life insurance business are given. The life insurance business transformation and development course of the insurance company is quite representative, which provides a typical example for our analysis and research. It is concluded that the irrational insurance business structure of our life insurance company is mainly embodied in the product function, the time limit and the marketing channel, and the concrete performance is that the risk guarantee products, the traditional life insurance products, are compared. Low, long-term payment of business development stagnated, the dependence on the bank post and other facultative channels is too strong. The main reasons for these phenomena are: the imperfect corporate governance structure of the life insurance company; the scale and market share orientation of the management and development; the high liquidity of the marketing staff and the single Commission incentive; the consumer to the insurance work. Misunderstandings and improper consumption demands and so on. In order to solve the above problems in order to develop better, some very foresight life insurance companies have made a rational and calm transformation of the insurance business structure, such as the life-insurance company of China, Pacific Life Insurance Company and the life-insurance company, and so on. Some insurance companies have changed. It is more successful, but there are some insurance companies in the process of transformation because of various reasons for the transformation is not thorough, the efficiency is not obvious. At present, the life insurance company should pay attention to the following problems in the process of transformation: correct and treat the problems accompanied by the structural transformation; grasp the improvement rhythm; change the scale of premium on the concept of the hero; To improve the level of corporate governance, technical level and innovation ability, the transformation should be different from the (public) department, can not be "one size fits all", should change and so on. We should correctly learn from the experience of the business transformation of the developed market life insurance and explore the path of China's transformation and development. Based on the above analysis, the corresponding measures for the insurance business transformation of Chinese life insurance companies are: In the product, we should reduce the proportion of investment and financial products, develop more sales risk protection type, increase the publicity input, strengthen the risk awareness of the insured, correct the concept and purpose of its insurance consumption; respond to the supervision requirements to stop selling a part of the short-term products, wholesale the products, and improve the proportion of the medium and long term insurance products; adhere to the tradition. In this respect, in this respect, the transformation of Xinhua Life Insurance Limited by Share Ltd life insurance business, the transformation goals, the difficulties and practices encountered, and the different effects before and after the transformation, and some of its experience and lessons. The enlightenment may help our life insurance industry explore the appropriate business transformation path.
