C寿险扬州中心支公司绩效管理的问题与优化研究

【摘要】:保险市场的快速发展和保险机构的扩张使保险公司在各个层面都出现了较大的人力缺口,尤其缺乏有从业资历的管理人员、专业技术人员、优质的销售人才。人力资源已成为核心竞争力的重要因素,成为竞争中取胜的重要因素。如何做好内部员工的绩效管理,实现人才引进、巩固和稳定的目标,是保险公司人力资源管理的重要任务。 C寿险扬州中心支公司作为三级机构,面临扬州市场上多家保险公司的竞争,在行业发展乏力的新形势下,扬州公司适时调整人力资源管理政策,激发员工工作激情,开拓员工创新能力,才能适应市场变化,促进公司业务平稳健康的发展。因此,科学有效的绩效管理体系,对增强C寿险扬州公司企业内部活力和可持续发展有着深刻的意义。通过绩效管理,可以调动员工积极性、发挥潜能、增强执行力,提高公司的管理水平,将员工的活动与公司的战略目标紧密联系在一起,提升企业的核心竞争力。 C寿险扬州公司目前采用的绩效管理方法,已经实施了三年,取得了一定成效,但也存在一些问题。本文在阐述C寿险扬州中心支公司绩效管理的现状后,运用绩效管理相关理论对存在问题进行分析,最后根据公司实际,对问题提出改进意见,以期提升扬州中心支公司的绩效管理水平,促进C寿险扬州中心支公司的绩效目标实现,提升公司的竞争力。本文的研究基于保险公司三级机构的具体情况,对同行业三级机构的绩效管理提供一个可以参考的范本,希望能够起到一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of insurance market and the expansion of insurance institutions, insurance companies have a large manpower shortage at all levels, especially lack of qualified managers, technical personnel, high-quality sales personnel. Human resources has become an important factor of core competitiveness and an important factor to win the competition. It is an important task of human resource management for insurance companies to do well the performance management of internal employees, to realize the goal of talent introduction, consolidation and stability. C Life Insurance Yangzhou Central Branch Company, as a third-level organization, faces the competition of many insurance companies in Yangzhou market. Under the new situation of weak industry development, Yangzhou Company timely adjusts its human resources management policy to stimulate the staff's passion for work. Develop employees' innovative ability to adapt to market changes and promote the smooth and healthy development of the company's business. Therefore, a scientific and effective performance management system is of great significance to enhance the vitality and sustainable development of C life insurance Yangzhou Company. Through the performance management, we can mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, exert their potential, enhance the executive power, improve the management level of the company, closely link the employee's activities with the company's strategic objectives, and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise. The performance management method adopted by C Life Insurance Yangzhou Company has been implemented for three years and has achieved certain results, but there are still some problems. After expounding the current situation of the performance management of Yangzhou Central Branch Company of C Life Insurance, this paper analyzes the existing problems by using the theory of performance management, and finally, according to the actual situation of the company, puts forward some suggestions to improve the problems. In order to improve the performance management level of Yangzhou central branch company, promote the C life insurance Yangzhou central branch company performance goal realization, enhance the competitiveness of the company. The research of this paper is based on the specific situation of the three-level institutions of insurance companies, and provides a reference model for the performance management of the three-level institutions in the same industry, hoping to play a certain reference role.
