【摘要】：正日前,环保部与保监会联合印发了《关于开展环境污染强制责任保险试点工作的指导意见》(以下简称《意见》)。《意见》明确3类企业必须强制投保社会环境污染强制责任险,否则将在环评、信贷等方面受到影响。业内人士表示,这是利用市场手段防治环境污染的有益尝试,将规范高污染企业的危废处理行为。
