内蒙古政策性奶牛保险市场萎缩的经济学分析

【摘要】：本文从外部性与信息不对称2个角度分析了目前内蒙古政策性奶牛保险市场日益萎缩的深层次原因,认为政策性奶牛保险生产与消费的正外部性以及其在开展过程中由信息不对称所导致的道德风险与逆向选择问题是当前内蒙古政策性奶牛保险"供给不足、需求有限"的根本原因,并提出可行的对策以促进内蒙古政策性奶牛保险的持续健康发展。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the reasons for the shrinking of policy dairy cow insurance market in Inner Mongolia are analyzed from the perspectives of externality and information asymmetry. The positive externality of the production and consumption of policy dairy cow insurance and the moral hazard and adverse selection caused by asymmetric information in the process of development are considered to be insufficient supply of policy dairy cow insurance in Inner Mongolia at present. The basic reason of limited demand is put forward to promote the sustainable and healthy development of policy dairy cow insurance in Inner Mongolia.
