寿险产品保障价值的度量研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着个人理财市场的兴起,各类金融理财产品如雨后春笋般产生并快速发展。面对复杂多变的经济形势和高度专业化的理财知识要求,有的普通消费者被动的接受营销宣讲,满怀期待的拿出积蓄,却时常要茫然地面对收益未达预期的结果;有的消费者干脆敬而远之,对理财热潮置之不理,放弃财富保值增值的机遇。寿险产品作为一种特殊的金融产品,日益为百姓所熟悉和接受。不过,由于保险条款的复杂性和市场产品同质化,非专业的消费者很难辨别产品特征,对自身需要模糊认识往往使其无法选择适合的寿险产品。如何根据消费者自身状况,满足消费者的保险需求,通过定性评价和定量度量的手法比较不同产品,从而有效鉴定价值差异,为消费者选择合适的保险产品,具有十分重要的现实意义。 本文共分为五个部分:第一部分首先是阐述本文选题的背景和意义,从消费者甄别寿险产品的困惑出发,提出论文研究的原因和目的。其次简要介绍了国内外学者对寿险保障价值评价理论的研究现状,阐述了目前学界对寿险评价的脉络和关键指标,进一步理清了对寿险产品保障价值研究的思路,给下一步提炼实证研究打下了重要基础。此外,在这一部分也对全文的内容计划做了一个简单的介绍,包括论文的研究内容、论文的研究方法、论文的创新之处以及论文的难点。第二部分所研究的是投资学视角下的保障价值,首先对投资学中的重要概念“风险”进行了较为全面的理论阐述,,包括风险的概念、特征、要素和度量方法,为细致研究保险的保障作用提供理论前提。然后,引入保险的知识架构,就常见保险的分类、人生风险概率比例做出综述,用直观的数字和简要的文字清晰地表达了风险与人们日常生活存在的密切关系。最后,运用投资视角和研究方法,对保障价值的研究前提、相关要素变化规律和研究方法适用性分别进行论述,得出了寿险保障价值定性研究的方法。第三部分对寿险保障价值展开全面而深入的定性分析,首先根据需求偏好匹配原则确定分析思路,然后根据被保险人的个人关键属性展开分析,得出各要素影响的强弱变化规律,在此基础上,提取四类典型人群逐一分析风险点,排定影响次序,提出了完善人生保障的保单建议。第四部分是对寿险保障价值的定量分析部分,也是本文的核心。这里首先将寿险保障价值按照生存给付和损害赔偿加以区分,分别按照内部收益率法和保障效费比法加以计算,得出了单一保障价值的量化指标;然后根据寿险产品主要要素指标的构成特点,构建综合评定公式,按照保障偏好权重进行加总,从而得出特定寿险产品对特定人群的保障价值评定指数。这一数字的取得对消费者比较和购买相类似寿险具有一定的指导价值。第五部分是保障价值度量方法的应用扩展,旨在运用本文论证的保障价值评定度量方法指导一般消费者科学配置金融资产,提高个人理财投资价值。首先将保障价值、投资价值的异同加以比较,加深对其二者的定义规范,然后根据帕累托最优原则构建了一个近似帕累托效率的换算公式,从而确定了保障类金融资产和投资性金融资产在数量上的配置比例,然后给出了本文关于保障和投资产品配置的参考建议。最后得出结论,对本文第二至第五章节所有重要研究结论的概括总结,进一步深化了保障价值概念,就保障需求偏好加以提炼,并对所有公式推导结论适用范围做出了严格界定。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rise of personal financial market, all kinds of financial financial products have sprung up and developed rapidly. Facing the complicated and changeable economic situation and highly specialized financial knowledge, some ordinary consumers are passively accepting marketing talk, expecting to take out their savings. The expected result is that some consumers are far away from the financial upsurge and give up the opportunity to preserve and increase the value of wealth. As a special financial product, life insurance products are increasingly familiar and accepted by the common people. However, it is difficult for non professional consumers to identify the products because of the complexity of the insurance clauses and the homogenization of the market products. It is difficult to choose the suitable life insurance products for their own needs. How to meet the consumer's insurance demand according to the consumer's own situation and compare different products through qualitative evaluation and quantitative measurement, thus effectively identifying the value difference and choosing the appropriate insurance products for the consumer, which is very important now. Real meaning.
This article is divided into five parts: the first part is first to explain the background and significance of this topic. From the confusion of consumer screening of life insurance products, the reason and purpose of the research are put forward. Secondly, the research status of scholars at home and abroad on the theory of life insurance value evaluation is briefly introduced, and the current academic circle on life insurance evaluation is expounded. Collaterals and key indicators further clarify the thinking of the research on the guarantee value of life insurance products, and lay an important foundation for the next step of refining empirical research. In addition, this part also makes a brief introduction to the content plan of the full text, including the content of the thesis, the research method of the paper, the innovation of the paper and the difficulty of the paper. The second part studies the guarantee value from the perspective of investment science. First, it makes a more comprehensive theoretical exposition of the important concept of "risk" in the investment science, including the concept, characteristics, elements and measures of risk, which provides a theoretical premise for the careful study of the insurance protection. Then, the introduction of the knowledge framework of insurance is often used. The classification of insurance and the proportion of life risk probability are summarized, and the close relationship between risk and people's daily life is clearly expressed with visual numbers and brief words. Finally, the research premise of the guarantee value, the change law of the related elements and the applicability of the research methods are respectively discussed with the investment perspective and the research method. The method of qualitative research on the value of life insurance is obtained. The third part carries out a comprehensive and in-depth qualitative analysis of the life insurance value. Firstly, the analysis idea is determined according to the principle of demand preference matching. Then, according to the individual key attributes of the insured, the law of the change of the influence of each factor is obtained. On this basis, it is extracted. The four types of typical groups analyze the risk point one by one, arrange the order of influence, and put forward the policy recommendations to improve the life guarantee. The fourth part is the quantitative analysis part of the life insurance guarantee value. It is also the core of this article. The quantitative index of the single guarantee value is obtained by the barrier efficiency method, and then the comprehensive evaluation formula is constructed according to the composition characteristics of the main factors of the life insurance products, and the evaluation index of the specific life insurance products to the specific population is obtained. Comparison and purchase similar to life insurance has a certain guiding value. The fifth part is the application expansion of the method of safeguarding the value measurement, which aims to guide the general consumer to configure the financial assets scientifically and improve the value of personal financial investment. In addition, the definition of the two is deepened, and then a conversion formula of approximate Pareto efficiency is constructed according to the Pareto optimal principle. Thus the proportion of the financial assets and investment financial assets in the security and investment financial assets is determined, and then the suggestions on the allocation of guarantee and investment products are given. Finally, the conclusion is drawn. By summarizing all the important research conclusions in the second to fifth chapters of this article, the concept of the guarantee of value is further deepened, and the demand preference is refined, and the scope of the application of all formulae is strictly defined.
