新设寿险公司经营中存在的问题与对策研究

【摘要】:本文以2004年及以后成立的寿险公司为研究对象(定义其为新设寿险公司),以全国35家寿险公司近三年的年报数据为基础,以保费收入、净利润及偿付能力为指标,在结合前人研究成果的基础上,对我国新设寿险公司的经营情况进行了分析。首先,本文给出了新设寿险公司近三年包括保费收入、净利润及偿付能力的整体经营情况。接着进行了深入的分析,即保费收入的增长分析与渠道分析、净利润情况分析以及偿付能力分析;分析发现新设寿险公司保费收入增长迅速,2010年保费收入增长率高达71%,2011年也有11%;新设寿险公司盈利能力不容乐观,仅有个别公司实现稳定盈利;偿付能力相对充足,但也有个别公司不满足保监会偿付能力管理规定的要求。 根据这三方面的理论与实证分析,本文指出新设寿险公司在经营的过程中存在着业务增长迅速,,业务渠道单一;偿付能力充足,盈利能力堪忧;投资收益占优,承保利润过低等问题。进而提出了新设寿险公司提高经营能力的建议:积极开展新的营销方式,优化业务渠道;保险资金分散化投资,提高公司盈利能力;提高承保利润,转变盈利模式。旨在为新设寿险公司制定长远发展战略时提供些许数据上的参考,使新设寿险公司能更好地完善自身,提高竞争力,使寿险业能向着稳定、健康、可持续的方向发展。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the life insurance company established in 2004 and later as the research object (defines it as the newly established life insurance company), based on the annual report data of 35 life insurance companies in China in the past three years, and takes the premium income, net profit and solvency as the indicators. Based on the previous research results, this paper analyzes the management of new life insurance companies in China. First of all, this paper gives the overall operation of the newly established life insurance company in the past three years, including premium income, net profit and solvency. Then it makes a deep analysis, that is, premium income growth analysis and channel analysis, net profit analysis and solvency analysis; It is found that the premium income of newly established life insurance companies is increasing rapidly, the premium income growth rate of new life insurance companies is as high as 71% in 2010 and 11% in 2011; the profitability of newly established life insurance companies is not optimistic, only individual companies realize stable profits; the solvency is relatively sufficient. However, there are also individual companies that do not meet the requirements of CIRC solvency regulations. According to the theoretical and empirical analysis of these three aspects, this paper points out that the new life insurance company has a rapid business growth, a single business channel, sufficient solvency, poor profitability, investment income is dominant. Underwriting profit is too low and so on. Then it puts forward some suggestions to improve the management ability of new life insurance companies: to develop new marketing methods and optimize business channels; to diversify insurance funds to improve the profitability of the company; to improve the underwriting profit and to change the profit mode. The purpose of this paper is to provide some data reference for the new life insurance company when formulating the long-term development strategy, so that the new life insurance company can perfect itself better, improve its competitiveness, and make the life insurance industry develop steadily, healthily and sustainably.
