【摘要】：近年来，党中央、国务院对政策性农业保险的发展给予高度重视。农业保险业务快速增长，在农村经济社会发展中发挥了稳定器的作用。本文主要由五部分组成。绪论部分介绍了研究思路和研究内容，，以及研究的目的和意义；第一部分介绍了农业保险的理论知识；第二部分是对Y农业保险公司的现状进行分析；第三部分分析Y农业保险公司的风险因素；第四部分比较借鉴国外农业保险风险管理的领先经验；第五部分提出完善Y农业保险公司风险管理与控制的对策。本文采用理论分析、实证分析和比较分析结合的研究方法，识别和分析Y农业保险公司在经营管理中面临的各种风险，探索风险管理的有效途径，以提高农业保险保障能力，提升农业保险为农村经济和社会发展服务水平。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have attached great importance to the development of policy agricultural insurance. Agricultural insurance business growth, in rural economic and social development has played a stabilizing role. This paper mainly consists of five parts. The first part introduces the theoretical knowledge of agricultural insurance, the second part is the analysis of the current situation of Y agricultural insurance company. The third part analyzes the risk factors of Y agricultural insurance company; the fourth part compares the advanced experience of foreign agricultural insurance risk management; the fifth part puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the risk management and control of Y agricultural insurance company. This paper adopts the research methods of theoretical analysis, empirical analysis and comparative analysis to identify and analyze all kinds of risks faced by Y agricultural insurance companies in operation and management, and to explore effective ways of risk management in order to improve the security ability of agricultural insurance. Improve the level of agricultural insurance for rural economic and social development.
