基于EIG和log-EIG分布的截尾寿命检验的验收抽样设计

【摘要】:现如今,随着社会经济不断发展,在产品生产中运用质量控制技术是十分重要的,它不仅可以保障生产厂家的利益,也可以保障购买产品的消费者的利益。而验收抽样是产品质量控制的一个重要手段。 在产品的可靠性分析中,用产品寿命的分布来对产品可靠性进行描述是一种主要的方法。因此,找到一种合理的分布,使其能准确的描述产品寿命是十分重要的,可以使产品可靠性分析更加准确科学。在本文中,分析了产品寿命基于EIG分布和log-EIG分布的截尾寿命检验的验收抽样设计。其中,基于EIG分布的验收抽样设计是对产品的寿命均值进行了检验,而基于log-EIG分布的验收抽样设计是对产品寿命的中位数进行了检验。 本文具体的研究路径如下: 第一,对EIG分布和log-EIG分布进行理论阐述和统计特性的分析。 第二,根据相关分析研究,计算出验收抽样设计所需的最小样本容量,OC函数和在保证生产者风险不超过一定的值时相关参数表达式的值,并对结果进行分析,对一些具体数值的作用和意义加以说明。 第三,找出具体数据,对验收抽样设计进行应用举例。 当然,在得出相关的分析结果的同时,本文也存在一些不足。为了使研究方便,本文对一些理论分析和参数值做了简化处理,这都是以后需要加以改进的地方。产品检验的验收抽样设计的理论在国内仍有很大的发展潜力,相比国外的研究,国内对产品寿命服从新分布的研究较少,不断对基于新的分布的产品检验的验收抽样设计的研究将作为本文将来研究的方向。
[Abstract]:Nowadays , with the development of social economy , it is very important to use quality control technology in the production of products . It can not only guarantee the interests of manufacturers , but also guarantee the interests of consumers who buy products . Acceptance sampling is an important means of product quality control .

In the reliability analysis of products , the product reliability is described as a main method by the distribution of product life . Therefore , it is very important to find a reasonable distribution so that it can accurately describe the product life , which can make the product reliability analysis more accurate . In this paper , the acceptance sampling design based on EIG distribution and log - EIG distribution is analyzed .

The detailed study path is as follows :

Firstly , the EIG distribution and log - EIG distribution are analyzed theoretically and statistically .

Second , according to the relevant analysis research , the minimum sample size , OC function and the value of relevant parameter expression needed to ensure the producer risk do not exceed a certain value are calculated , and the results are analyzed , and the function and significance of some specific values are explained .

Thirdly , find out the specific data , and apply examples to the design of acceptance sampling .

At the same time , there are some deficiencies in this paper . In order to facilitate the study , some theoretical analysis and parameter values have been simplified . The theory of acceptance sampling design of product inspection still has a great potential for development in China . Compared with the research abroad , the research on the acceptance sampling design of product inspection is less , and the research on the acceptance sampling design of product inspection based on the new distribution will be used as the direction of future research in this paper .
