中银保险有限公司人力资源管理研究

【摘要】:近几年,随着全球经济一体化的到来,作为经济“晴雨表”的金融业,金融一体化的浪潮不断高涨,金融混业经营,银行、保险、基金、证券公司等机构的业务互相渗透、交叉已成为全球金融业的发展趋势。在国际大环境的影响、国内企业自身的内在需求和混业经营巨大蛋糕的刺激和引诱下,国内金融业十分渴望并且身体力行地向混业经营方向发展。银行系保险公司如雨后春笋般地成立并迅速成长,对传统保险市场带来了巨大冲击。截止2013年1月,银行系保险公司中,有中国银行全资控股的中银保险公司、农业银行旗下的农银人寿、工商银行控股的工银安盛人寿、建设银行控股的建信人寿、交通银行控股的交银康联人寿以及其他股份制银行以参股形式进军保险业的同属于邮政集团的中邮人寿,与光大银行同属于光大集团的光大永明,由北京银行控股的中荷人寿等。 银行系保险公司是指银行直接控股和间接控股的保险公司,因为股权关系作为纽带所以银行系保险公司更易获得银行支持。中银保险公司正是在这一历史背景下产生的。作为银行入资保险的典型,中银保险公司是国内第一家银行全资成立保险公司的,也是目前银行系保险公司中唯一一家财产保险公司,由于国内外银行保险公司中经营非寿险领域的公司较少,中银保险是在摸索中前进,经历了较为曲折的发展历程,目前正步入快速发展的时期。但是现阶段,其人力资源管理方面也存在一些问题,一定程度上制约和影响了中银保险公司发展的步伐。如人员结构、队伍管理,绩效考核和培训开发等。人力资源作为企业发展壮大的首要因素,人力资源的管理在企业管理中起着先决作用。企业的人力资源管理水平如何,能否发挥人力资源的作用,将直接影响到企业的竞争能力和市场地位。 本文欲就中银保险公司的人力资源管理方面进行深入分析研究,探寻银行系保险公司人力资源管理的新模式。 本文通过分析掌握中银保险公司现阶段的发展状况,结合银行系保险公司人力资源管理的特点以及该司人力资源管理现状,指出中银保险公司在人力资源管理上面存在的问题,并运用人力资源、组织行为学、企业管理等相关理论,从中银保险在人力资源战略、员工招聘与配置、员工培训与开发、员工绩效管理与评价等模块剖析中银保险公司在人力资源管理中存在问题的根源,提出了中银保险公司人力资源管理体系构建的思路和完善该司人力资源管理的相关措施,为银行系保险公司在人力资源管理方面作有益的探索和贡献。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the advent of global economic integration, the financial industry as a "barometer" of the economy, the wave of financial integration has been rising, and the business of financial mixed operations, banks, insurance, funds, securities companies and other institutions have infiltrated each other. Crossover has become the development trend of the global financial industry. Under the influence of the international environment, the internal demand of domestic enterprises and the stimulation and attraction of the huge cake of mixed operation, the domestic financial industry is eager to develop to the direction of mixed operation. Bank insurance companies sprang up and grew rapidly, which had a great impact on the traditional insurance market. As of January 2013, among the bank insurance companies, there are Bank of China Insurance Company, wholly owned by Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank, and Construction Bank. The Bank of Communications, which is controlled by Bank of Communications, Confederate Life, and other joint-stock banks that have entered the insurance industry in the form of equity participation, also belong to the postal group China Post Life, and Everbright Bank belong to Everbright Group. China and Netherlands Life, controlled by Bank of Beijing, etc. The bank is an insurance company which is directly controlled by a bank and indirectly controlled by a bank. Because of the equity relationship, the bank insurance company is more easily supported by the bank. It is against this historical background that the Bank of China Insurance Company came into being. As a typical bank insurance company, Bank of China Insurance Company is the first bank to set up a wholly owned insurance company in China. It is also the only property insurance company in the banking industry at present. Because there are few domestic and foreign bancassurance companies in the field of non-life insurance, Bank of China Insurance is in the groping forward, experienced a more tortuous process of development, is now entering a period of rapid development. However, at present, there are some problems in human resource management, which restrict and influence the development of BOC insurance company to a certain extent. Such as personnel structure, team management, performance appraisal and training development. As the primary factor of enterprise development, human resource management plays a decisive role in enterprise management. The level of human resource management and whether it can play the role of human resources will directly affect the competitiveness and market position of enterprises. This paper analyzes the human resource management of Bank of China Insurance Company and explores the new mode of human resource management in the bank insurance company. Through analyzing and mastering the current development situation of BOC insurance company, combining with the characteristics of human resource management of bank insurance company and the present situation of human resource management of BOC insurance company, this paper points out the problems of BOC insurance company in human resource management. And using human resources, organizational behavior, corporate management and other relevant theories, from the Bank of China insurance in human resources strategy, staff recruitment and allocation, staff training and development, This paper analyzes the root causes of the problems existing in the human resource management of Bank of China Insurance Company, and puts forward the idea of constructing the human resource management system of the Bank of China Insurance Company and the relevant measures to improve the human resources management of the Department. For the bank insurance companies in human resources management to make a useful exploration and contribution.
