福建农业保险发展的实践

【摘要】：正近几年来,福建省立足于省情和农情,将农业保险作为一种农业经济补偿方式的制度创新,引入"三农"工作之中,加大政府投入,充分发挥农业保险功能作用福建省地处东南沿海,背山面海,台风和暴雨等自然灾害频繁,是全国灾发多、危害大的省份之一。这些自然灾害常常给福建农业、农村造成经济损失。如何建立健全农业风险管理体系,增强农业整体抗风险能力,进一步提高农业生产力,促进农民收入稳定增长,是历届福建
[Abstract]:In recent years, Fujian Province, based on provincial and agricultural conditions, has introduced agricultural insurance as a form of agricultural economic compensation, introduced it into the work of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers," and increased government investment. Fujian Province is located on the southeast coast, with frequent natural disasters such as mountains and seas, typhoons and rainstorms, and is one of the provinces with many disasters and great harm. These natural disasters often to Fujian agriculture, rural economic losses. How to establish and improve the agricultural risk management system, strengthen the overall ability of resisting risks in agriculture, further improve the agricultural productivity, and promote the steady growth of farmers' income have been the previous years in Fujian.
