中国人保财险黑龙江省分公司战略研究

【摘要】:中国人保财险黑龙江省分公司是黑龙江财产保险市场中立业时间最久、市场份额最高、员工人数最多的国有财产保险公司,公司在黑龙江财产保险市场中拥有明显的品牌优势、人才优势、产品优势、网点优势和技术优势,但随着市场竞争主体的不断增多、竞争行为日趋多样化,公司固有的经营体制和管理制度已逐渐不适应多变的市场节奏和激烈的市场竞争,市场份额逐年下滑,盈利能力持续堪忧,人才流失日趋加剧,公司在地区财产保险市场中的主导地位受到严重挑战和威胁。面对日趋激烈的市场竞争态势和形态各异的行业竞争对手,如何实现国有企业的转型与升级,如何制定切合行业及自身实际的发展战略规划,如何在发展业务规模的同时实现公司效益水平的稳步提升,成为公司亟待解决的重要课题。 本文根据战略管理的相关理论,结合中国人保财险黑龙江省分公司自身的实际情况和黑龙江财产保险市场的发展状况,提出了适合公司实施的发展策略,为其主动迎接竞争主体的冲击、稳固并扩大市场份额、逐步提高盈利能力提供了理论基础和实践依据。本文在分析中国人保财险黑龙江省分公司所处外部环境和内部条件的基础上,进一步明确了公司的战略目标,并利用SWOT矩阵分析等方法得出了适合公司中长期发展的可行性建议,制定了成本领先战略和差异化战略,明确了加快重点领域业务发展、改革人力资源管理体系、巩固完善市场对接渠道、建设服务质量管理体系、探索适合公司发展新模式等关键措施,,以及战略实施的基本保障。
[Abstract]:China PICC property Insurance Heilongjiang Branch is a state-owned property insurance company with the longest establishment, the highest market share and the largest number of employees in the Heilongjiang property insurance market. The company has obvious brand advantages in the Heilongjiang property insurance market. Talent advantage, product advantage, network advantage and technical advantage, but with the increasing number of market competitors, the competitive behavior is becoming more and more diversified. The company's inherent operating system and management system have gradually failed to adapt to the changing market rhythm and fierce market competition, the market share has been declining year by year, the profitability of the company has continued to be worrying, and the brain drain has become increasingly serious. The company's dominant position in the regional property insurance market is seriously challenged and threatened. In the face of increasingly fierce market competition and various industry competitors, how to realize the transformation and upgrading of state-owned enterprises, how to formulate the development strategy plan that suits the industry and their own reality, How to develop the business scale and realize the steady improvement of the company's benefit level has become an important issue to be solved urgently. According to the relevant theory of strategic management, combining with the actual situation of China PICC Heilongjiang Branch and the development of Heilongjiang property insurance market, this paper puts forward the development strategy suitable for the company. It provides a theoretical basis and practical basis for its initiative to meet the impact of the main body of competition, to stabilize and expand its market share, and to gradually improve its profitability. Based on the analysis of the external environment and internal conditions of China PICC Heilongjiang Branch, this paper further clarifies the strategic objectives of the company. Using the method of SWOT matrix analysis and so on, the paper draws the feasible suggestions suitable for the long-term development of the company, formulates the cost leading strategy and the differentiation strategy, clearly speeds up the business development in the key areas, and reforms the human resources management system. The key measures, such as consolidating and perfecting the market docking channel, constructing the service quality management system, exploring the new mode suitable for the development of the company, as well as the basic guarantee of the implementation of the strategy.
