医疗产品价格、医疗保健支出与城镇职工养老金购买力——以江西省为例

【摘要】：人口老龄化对我国养老保险制度提出严峻挑战。随着年龄的增长,人们对医疗保健和护理服务的需求呈上升趋势。根据发达国家的经验,这些老年人主体需求的价格上涨趋势要快于其他产品与服务。通过分析医疗产品价格与医疗保健支出之间的关系,得出医疗产品价格变化所带来的医疗保健支出的变动幅度,在对比分析养老金与养老金主体开支的基础上,发现城镇退休者主体开支的增长超过了养老金本身的增长,养老金的购买力在逐年缩水。为提高城镇职工养老金购买力水平,需完善养老金的待遇调整机制以及稳定医药品和医疗保健服务的价格形成机制。
[Abstract]:The aging of the population poses a severe challenge to the endowment insurance system in China. As people grow older, the demand for health care and nursing services is on the rise. According to the experience of developed countries, the price of these elderly people's demand is rising faster than other products and services. By analyzing the relationship between medical product price and health care expenditure, the change of medical care expenditure caused by the change of medical product price is obtained. On the basis of comparative analysis of pension and pension expenditure, It is found that the main expenditure of urban retirees exceeds the increase of pension itself, and the purchasing power of pension is shrinking year by year. In order to improve the purchasing power of pension for urban workers, it is necessary to perfect the mechanism of pension treatment adjustment and to stabilize the price formation mechanism of medical drugs and medical care services.
