贵州烤烟保险费率测算与现行保险方案优化

【摘要】：为优化贵州现行烤烟保险方案,更好地保障种植户的利益,利用1982-2012年贵州省烤烟单产数据,采用单产风险分布模型推导法计算出贵州省烤烟保险的精算保险费率与精算保额,在此基础上比较3种不同保险政策方案,以烤烟种植单产的期望收益最大化为择优标准,得出采用精算保险费率与精算保额并且提高保障水平(赔付比例)的保险政策为最佳方案。
[Abstract]:In order to optimize the current flue-cured tobacco insurance scheme in Guizhou and better protect the interests of the growers, the actuarial insurance rate and actuarial insurance amount of flue-cured tobacco insurance in Guizhou Province were calculated by using the data of tobacco yield per unit yield from 1982 to 2012, and the risk distribution model of the unit yield was used to calculate the actuarial insurance rate and actuarial insurance amount of flue-cured tobacco insurance in Guizhou Province. On this basis, three different insurance policy schemes were compared, and the optimal standard was to maximize the expected income per unit yield of flue-cured tobacco planting. The best scheme is to adopt actuarial insurance rate and to improve the level of insurance (indemnity ratio).
