【摘要】：正医保支付方式,是指医疗保障基金管理部门对需方(参保人)和对医疗服务提供方(定点医药机构)的医药费用支付的途径和方法。医保支付包括对需方的支付和对供方的支付。因此,医保支付是医疗保障部门利用医保基金支付手段,调节医疗机构与参保人之间利益关系的重要经济杠杆。基本医疗保障管理体制的改革,离不开医保支付手段的改革。医疗保障的改革必须与深化医药卫生体制改革的目标、任务相衔接。所以,医保支付方
[Abstract]:The payment method of medical insurance is the way and method of medical expenses paid by the management department of medical security fund to the demand side (the insured) and the medical service provider (designated medical institution). Medicare payments include payments to the buyer and to the supplier. Therefore, medical insurance payment is an important economic lever for medical insurance department to regulate the benefit relationship between medical institutions and insured persons by means of medical insurance fund payment.
