中国太平推进企业社会责任建设研究

【摘要】:保险作为一种互助的工具,在2008年汶川大地震、动车事故、舟曲泥石流等各种事故和灾害面前,显示出它的生命力和影响力,保险的赔付在很大程度上缓解了投保人生产、生活方面的窘境,也在很大程度上减轻了政府社会成本的支出,真正实现了保险取之于民用之于民的理念。一个保险企业在收取保费之后到底运作得如何,一旦发生保险事故,投保人的生命财产能否得到保障,保险企业需要建立一种与社会公众的沟通桥梁,这个时候保险企业履行社会责任的义务就凸显出来,而编制和发布企业社会责任报告的要求也就应运而生了。本文在对企业社会责任的有关定义、理论、运用进行系统梳理基础上,详细研究了保险行业企业社会责任建设的意义价值和总体状况。针对中国太平实际,通过深入研究2009年-2012年中国太平发布的企业社会责任报告,涉及的股东责任、客户责任、员工责任、政府责任、合作伙伴责任、公益慈善等其他责任6类内容,集中论述了中国太平发展与企业社会责任履行的关系,认为中国太平承担社会责任实现了运行成本降低,提高利润水平;树立良好品牌形象,获得各方支持等目的。但同时,我们也发现目前中国太平在履行企业社会责任上还存在对企业社会责任的认识还不深刻、浮在表面、还不全面等方面的问题,在社会责任披露还存在针对缺乏强制性要求、定量化标准、统一化指标、横向可比性、内容稳定性等问题。为此,我们认为在中国太平进入新的全新发展时期,有必要提出对履行企业社会责任的更高要求,深度和广度上要进行全面的扩展。在借鉴有关经验的基础上,构建了一个涵盖4个二级指标:责任管理9个三级指标,市场绩效25个三级指标,社会绩效20个三级指标,环境绩效7个三级指标,共61个三级核心指标的“四位一体”扩展模型,并提出中国太平要注重社会责任规划制定落地实施、注重市场责任履行重在突出效率、注重社会责任履行重在体现公平、注重环境责任履行重在小事抓起等政策建议。
[Abstract]:Insurance, as a mutual aid tool, has shown its vitality and influence in the face of the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake, train accident, Zhouqu debris flow and other accidents and disasters. To a large extent, insurance indemnities have alleviated the production of policy holders. The dilemma of life, to a large extent, reduces the social cost of the government, and realizes the idea that insurance is used by the people. How does an insurance company work after collecting premiums? in the event of an insurance accident, can the life and property of the policy holder be protected? the insurance company needs to build a bridge with the public. At this time, the obligation of insurance companies to fulfill social responsibility is highlighted, and the requirement of compiling and issuing corporate social responsibility reports has come into being. Based on the definition and theory of corporate social responsibility (CSR), this paper makes a detailed study on the significance and overall status of CSR construction in insurance industry. In view of the actual situation of China Pacific, through in-depth study of the corporate social responsibility report issued by China Peace from 2009 to 2012, involving shareholder liability, customer responsibility, employee responsibility, government responsibility, partner responsibility, This paper focuses on the relationship between the development of Taiping in China and the performance of corporate social responsibility, and points out that China Taiping has realized the reduction of operating cost and raised the level of profit by assuming social responsibility. Establish a good brand image, get support from all parties and other purposes. However, at the same time, we also find that there are still some problems in the implementation of corporate social responsibility in Taiping, China, such as not deep understanding of corporate social responsibility, floating on the surface, not comprehensive, and so on. In the social responsibility disclosure, there are still some problems such as lack of mandatory requirements, quantitative standards, unified indicators, horizontal comparability, content stability and so on. Therefore, we believe that in the new period of development of China Taiping, it is necessary to put forward higher requirements for the implementation of corporate social responsibility, depth and breadth to carry out an overall expansion. On the basis of relevant experience, this paper constructs a system of four secondary indicators: responsibility management (9), market performance (25), social performance (20), environmental performance (7). The "four-in-one" expansion model of 61 core indicators of three levels is put forward, and it is pointed out that China Taiping should pay attention to the implementation of social responsibility planning, market responsibility, efficiency and fairness. Pay attention to the implementation of environmental responsibility and focus on small issues such as policy recommendations.
