河北大学生医疗保障运行实效研究

【摘要】：正在全民注重健康,我国加快扩大社会保障范围的大背景下,一个特殊的群体——大学生群体被纳入到居民医保范围。随着高校招生的数量不断增加,该群体医疗保障问题受到了社会各界越来越多的关注。一、研究问题与方法在我国不断完善医疗体制改革的时代背景之下,大学生的医保体系逐步从20世纪50年代实施的公费医疗,转向2009年将大学生纳入城镇居民基本医疗保险体系,大学生的医疗保障
[Abstract]:Under the background that the whole people pay attention to health and our country speeds up the expansion of social security, a special group, college students, is brought into the scope of residents' medical insurance. With the increasing number of enrollment in colleges and universities, the issue of medical security has been paid more and more attention. First, under the background of the continuous improvement of the medical system reform in our country, the medical insurance system for college students is gradually implemented in the 1950s at public expense.
