流动人口医疗保险参保影响因素分析

【摘要】：目的分析2011年中国家庭金融调查数据,从劳务价值和个体特征视角探讨影响流动人口医疗保险参保的因素。方法基于医疗保险需求理论,以劳务价值因素和个体特征因素为自变量,是否参加医疗保险作为因变量,建立流动人口医疗保险参保模型,基于该模型,运用Logistic回归对数据进行实证分析。结果流动人口医疗保险参保率为69.85%;劳务价值因素中受教育程度、职业类型、职称、日均工作时间和收入水平影响流动人口参加医疗保险(P均0.05);个体特征因素中居住时间、健康水平、家庭规模影响流动人口参加医疗保险(P均0.05)。结论劳务价值和个体特征因素影响流动人口参加医疗保险,应"加大宣传、加强监督",进而促进流动人口参加医疗保险。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the data of Chinese family finance survey in 2011, and to discuss the factors influencing the insurance coverage of floating population from the perspective of labor value and individual characteristics. Methods based on the theory of medical insurance demand, taking labor value factor and individual characteristic factor as independent variables, whether to participate in medical insurance as dependent variable, a model of floating population medical insurance was established, based on the model. Logistic regression is used to analyze the data. Results the rate of participating in medical insurance of floating population was 69.85, the education level, occupation type, professional title, daily working time and income level of the floating population affected the participation of medical insurance (all P 0.05). Living time, health level and family size influenced the floating population's participation in medical insurance (all P 0.05). Conclusion the value of labor service and individual characteristic factors influence the floating population to participate in medical insurance, so it is necessary to "increase propaganda and strengthen supervision" so as to promote the floating population to participate in medical insurance.
