【摘要】：正近年来,江苏省溧阳市市委、市政府高度重视民生工作,全市的各项社会保险制度不断完善,取得了显著的成绩。目前,全市有25.3万城乡居民参加了居民养老保险,其中,缴费居民15万人,领取养老金和基础养老金人员10.3万人。截至2012年12月,累计发放居民基础养老金2.45亿元,基础养老金发放率100%,资金全部由财政承担。居民养老保险基金累计结余7.05亿元,城乡居民养老保险基
