互联网车险UBI产品设计

【摘要】:车险作为财险最重要的险种,其保费定价不合理,诟病已久。商业车险改革恰好启动,利用互联网技术采集和分析驾驶数据,可以更加合理的定价车险保费。根据驾驶行为和驾驶环境等因素定价车险保费的UBI(Usage Based Insurance)产品,已经成为车险市场竞争的下一个热点。本文分析了传统车险保费的弊端,结合汽车电子化的深入和车联网技术的普及,依据车险改革意见,参考国外优秀的UBI产品案例,提出基于驾驶行为和驾驶环境的三阶段UBI产品的设计理念。采用行驶里程数、违章次数、超过120km/h行驶时间、急加速次数和夜间行驶时间这五个维度的数据,应用遗传算法优化的模糊控制器来估算UBI定价的因子,并且结合出险次数来对估算的因子进行合理性分析。本文设计的UBI产品综合考虑了"人,车和环境"的因素,是更加客观和市场化的一款车险产品。UBI产品不仅可以帮助保险公司筛选优质客户,提供差异化的服务,最终提高盈利能力,而且还能降低驾驶规范的客户的保费,培养客户良好的驾驶行为和习惯。UBI的顺势提出,必将颠覆车险市场的现行机制,为科技公司,车企和险企等带来新的机遇。
[Abstract]:As the most important kind of insurance, the insurance premium pricing is not reasonable, and the disease is long-established. The reform of the commercial vehicle insurance is just started, and the driving data can be collected and analyzed by using the Internet technology, and the insurance premium of the vehicle can be more reasonable. The UBI (UBI) product, which is based on the driving behavior and driving environment, has become the next hot point in the market competition. In this paper, the disadvantages of the traditional car insurance premium are analyzed, and the design idea of the three-stage UBI product based on the driving behavior and the driving environment is put forward based on the vehicle insurance reform opinion, referring to the overseas excellent UBI product case, according to the vehicle insurance reform opinion and referring to the overseas excellent UBI product case. The factors of UBI pricing are estimated by the fuzzy controller, which is optimized by the genetic algorithm, and the estimated factors are analyzed in combination with the number of risks. The UBI product designed in this paper comprehensively considers the factors of the "People, vehicles and the environment" and is a more objective and market-oriented vehicle insurance product. The UBI product can not only help the insurance company to screen high-quality customers, provide differentiated services, ultimately improve profitability, but also reduce the premium of the customers driving the specifications and train the customers with good driving behavior and habits. UBI's homeopathy will subvert the current mechanism of the car insurance market and bring new opportunities to the technology company, the car-owned enterprise and the insurance company.
