【摘要】:在信息经济、网络经济、知识经济的迅猛发展下,顺应互联网、移动互联技术的高速发展,企业外部经营环境发生了翻天覆地的变化,正不断改写着中国的新一轮经济格局。在此趋势下,企业的生存模式和商业模式不得不进化和创新,随之带来的组织结构创新成为极具挑战性的课题。本人所在的A企业属于现代服务业,服务内容包括营销礼赠品设计、营销活动市场调研、产品供应、仓储物流服务等。近年来,随着市场环境变化,竞争日趋激烈,业务利润下滑。A企业决策层提出用三年时间完成业务的升级与转型战略,要求在保持原有竞争优势的前提下,建设好更高层级的核心能力和竞争壁垒。基于A企业业务战略转型的发展要求,A公司的组织结构该如何创新?其组织结构的变革要遵循怎样的步骤和方法?如何处理好结构创新过程中的发展与稳定、灵活与规范之间的矛盾?什么样的组织结构更适合A公司的业务发展战略?以上问题构成了本文的主要研究内容。本论文属实践性研究论文,以A公司的组织结构创新活动为出发点,采用了价值链分析法、流程网络图分析法、关键业务流程分析等工具,对A公司的组织活动、组织功能、组织关系等做出了新的定义。在研究中,作者发现某种单一的组织结构难以满足A公司复杂的业务特性,因此通过企业活动的深入研究,结合了矩阵式动态管理模型、阿米巴组织模式等多种组织结构设计理念,最终创新性的设计出适合于A公司的新型弹性组织结构,从而解决了A公司基于业务战略转型的结构创新问题以及组织结构创新的成本最优设计。
[Abstract]:In the information economy, network economy, the rapid development of knowledge economy, with the Internet, the rapid development of mobile Internet technology, happened to turn the world upside down the changes of the external operating environment of enterprises, is constantly rewriting the China a new round of economic structure. Under this trend, the survival of enterprises and business models to the evolution and innovation, bring the organizational structure of innovation has become a challenging topic. I A where the enterprise belongs to the modern service industry, including marketing gifts design, marketing activities, market research, product supply, warehousing and logistics services. In recent years, with the change of market environment, the increasingly fierce competition, business profits decline.A enterprise decision-making and propose to upgrade the strategic transformation of three years to complete the business requirements, while maintaining the original competitive advantage, build a higher level of core competence and competitive barriers. The A enterprise strategic transformation of business development requirements, the organizational structure of A company how to innovate? Its organizational structure reform should follow the steps and methods of how? How to deal with the development and stability of the structure in the process of innovation, the contradiction between flexibility and norms? What kind of organizational structure is more suitable for the business development strategy of A company? These questions above constitute the main content of this paper. This paper is a practical research paper, based on A's organizational structure innovation activities as the starting point, using the value chain analysis method, process network analysis, key business process analysis tools of A company organizational activities, organization function, organization relationship make a new definition. In the study, the author found that the business characteristics of A company is difficult to meet the complex organizational structure of a single, so through the in-depth study of the activities of the enterprise, combined with the dynamic matrix management Model, Amiba organization mode and many other organizational structure design concepts, and finally innovatively design a new elastic organizational structure suitable for A company, so as to solve the structural innovation problem of A company based on business strategy transformation and the cost optimal design of organizational structure innovation.
