摘要
在竞争日益激烈的酒店行业,有效的培训系统!重视员工的职业生涯发
展是建立高水平的职业化队伍!提高企业竞争力的重要基础对于即将开业
参与激烈竞争的HLD酒店,/把每一位员工塑造成有用之才0,是该酒店对员
工成长和发展的规划笔者作为该酒店的人力资源经理,希望通过建立一套
适合该酒店的培训系统,提高员工各方面的能力与素质,提高员工的工作绩
效,建立良好的企业文化,保证HLD酒店顺利开业和正常运转,并在市场竞
争中赢得优势而且也希望这篇论文在对HLD酒店员工培训工作的开展起到
良好作用的同时,能为其他酒店同行尤其是中国人自己管理的酒店开展培训
工作时提供参考

第三部分,介绍了饭店业概况及其行业特点,以及饭店业人力资源管理
与培训
第四部分,结合相关的理论知识,针对饭店开业前与开业后不同时期,
对HLD酒店的培训系统进行了研究和设计,并对其培训效果分别进行了评估
第五部分,通过对HLD酒店员工培训系统实施的效果评价,分析该培训
系统的特点和不足,并提出相应的改进计划,以期对同行企业在人力资源管
理中的培训工作提供借鉴和帮助
