【摘要】:随着酒店服务业的快速发展和国内酒店管理的日趋成熟,越来越多的酒店管理者认识到:人才竞争是现代酒店行业最重要的竞争,人才培养已成为现代企业的首要任务之一。新员工培训作为人力资源开发的重要组成部分,对提高员工素质,提升其满意度和忠诚度并最终减少其人员流失具有重要作用。如何建立符合酒店自身行业特点的新员工培训方案一直是许多酒店关注的问题。通过对A温泉酒店新员工培训现状的分析,指出其新员工培训存在培训缺乏反馈和激励机制、缺乏对部门、岗位培训师资的管理、培训缺乏系统性、培训内容欠完整,没有针对性,不能满足新员工需求、缺乏培训效果评估等的主要问题。运用了培训的相关理论,结合酒店的实际情况,针对其新员工培训存在的这些问题提出了建立新员工培训反馈与考核激励机制、加强新员工培训师资管理、健全新员工培训内容及培训方法等解决措施。希望这些措施在A温泉酒店运用后获得良好的效果,当然也希望为其他类似的酒店起到指导作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the domestic hotel management and hotel service industry is becoming more and more mature, more and more hotel managers recognize that the competition for talents is the most important competition of Moderno Hotel industry, personnel training has become one of the major tasks of modern enterprises. The new staff training as an important part of human resource development, to improve the quality of staff, enhance their satisfaction and loyalty and ultimately reduce the loss of personnel has an important role. How to establish the new employee training program in line with the hotel's own characteristics of the industry has been in many hotels concern. Through the analysis of the current situation of A The Springs Hotel in the training of new employees, the new employee training are lack of training feedback and incentive mechanism, the lack of the Department, the post training staff the management, the lack of systematic training, training content is not complete, not targeted, can not meet the demands of new employee, lack of training The main problem of evaluation. Using the theory of training, combined with the actual situation of the hotel, for the training of new employees of these problems and proposed the new staff training and assessment feedback incentive mechanism, strengthen the training of new employees and improve the management of teachers, new employee training content and training methods and so on. I hope these measures to obtain good results in the A The Springs Hotel after use, also hope to guide to other similar hotels.
