长江三角洲服务业发展演变及影响因素研究

【摘要】：“十二五”规划中提出大力发展服务业,这是适应国际大形势、提升综合国力的有效途径,也是为了满足人民日益增长的物质文化的需求。随着经济全球化的深化发展,我国与世界经济的联系日益加深,为服务业在更广领域参与国际竞争与合作创造了更多的机遇,有利于我国加快经济发展方式的转变,进一步推动服务业的大发展。长江三角洲是我国经济最为发达的地区之一,也是服务业发展较快的地区。从时间和空间上研究长江三角洲服务业发展的演变特征并探讨影响服务业发展的因素,对促进长江三角洲地区服务业优化升级具有重要意义,对其他区域服务业发展也有借鉴意义。本文,首先分析了长江三角洲服务业发展的时间演变特征;其次,运用服务业发展区位熵和Moran散点图对长江三角洲16个城市服务业发展水平在空间上的差异进行了分析,并采用因素分解法从技术效应和结构效应两个层面分析了服务业劳动生产率变化的驱动因素。结果表明:技术效应是服务业劳动生产率提升的主导因素,结构效应很小;然后,运用灰色关联度模型分析了影响长江三角洲服务业及其分类行业发展的六大因素,即工业化水平、人力资源投入、政府干预、城市化水平、经济发展水平和对外开放程度,得出对外开放程度和经济发展水平是影响服务业发展最为密切的两大因素。对于分类行业来说,主导因素有所差异。接着采用回归分析模型对这两大主导因素的影响程度进行了进一步分析,得出经济发展水平对服务业的影响程度强于对外开放程度且与服务业发展方向一致;最后,从五个方面提出提高服务业发展水平的对策建议,即深化改革开放、加大政策扶持力度、培养高素质人才、协调区域服务业发展和推进城市化进程。
[Abstract]:In the 12th Five-Year Plan, it is proposed to vigorously develop the service industry, which is an effective way to adapt to the international situation and enhance the overall national strength. It is also to meet the increasing material and cultural needs of the people. With the deepening development of economic globalization, China and the world economy are increasingly linked. It has created more opportunities for the service industry to participate in international competition and cooperation in a wider range of fields and is conducive to speeding up the transformation of the mode of economic development in China. The Yangtze River Delta is one of the most developed regions in China. It is also a region where the service industry develops rapidly. The evolution characteristics of the service industry in the Yangtze River Delta and the factors affecting the development of the service industry are studied in terms of time and space. It is of great significance to promote the optimization and upgrading of the service industry in the Yangtze River Delta region, as well as to the development of other regional service industries. In this paper, the temporal evolution characteristics of the service industry development in the Yangtze River Delta region are analyzed. Secondly, the paper analyzes the spatial difference of the development level of the service industry in 16 cities in the Yangtze River Delta by using the location entropy of the service industry and the Moran scatter plot. The factor decomposition method is used to analyze the driving factors of the change of service labor productivity from the two aspects of technical effect and structural effect. The results show that the technological effect is the leading factor in the improvement of service labor productivity. The structure effect is very small; Then, this paper analyzes the six factors that affect the development of service industry and its classified industries in the Yangtze River Delta, that is, industrialization level, human resource investment, government intervention, and urbanization level. The level of economic development and the degree of opening to the outside world, it is concluded that the level of opening up and economic development are the two most closely affecting the development of the service industry. Then the influence degree of these two dominant factors is further analyzed by regression analysis model. It is concluded that the influence of economic development level on service industry is stronger than that of opening to the outside world and is consistent with the development direction of service industry. Finally, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the development level of service industry from five aspects: deepening reform and opening up, strengthening policy support, cultivating high-quality talents, coordinating the development of regional service industry and promoting the process of urbanization.
