生产性服务业市场供需调查与政策建议:资源性城市案例

【摘要】：为了更加深入剖析生产性服务业的市场结构,特别是更好地了解资源性城市生产性服务业的供求状况及对接中存在的瓶颈和问题,并为完善促进生产性服务业发展的政策提供有针对性的参考,课题组运用抽样调查和重点调查相结合的方法,对生产性服务企业的服务提供情况进行了摸底,面向东营境内的生产制造企业、物流服务企业、科技服务企业、信息服务企业、金融服务企业发放数百份问卷,重点分析了生产性服务业市场的供需状况,剖析了生产性服务业市场中供需失调的主要原因,并给出相应的政策建议。
[Abstract]:In order to further analyze the market structure of producer services, especially to better understand the supply and demand of producer services in resource-based cities and the bottlenecks and problems in the docking. And in order to improve the policy to promote the development of producer services to provide targeted reference, the group used sample survey and focus on the method of survey, the producer service enterprises to provide services to a mapping. For Dongying manufacturing enterprises, logistics service enterprises, science and technology services enterprises, information service enterprises, financial services enterprises issued hundreds of questionnaires, focusing on the producer services market supply and demand situation. This paper analyzes the main reasons of the imbalance of supply and demand in producer service market, and gives corresponding policy suggestions.
