我国第三方医疗设备服务业战略联盟研究

【摘要】:医疗设备是现代医疗卫生事业发展的重要要素,医疗设备服务是医疗设备正常运转,充分发挥医疗设备效能的重要保证。但现行的医疗设备服务中,医院自修由于受有限的维修力量制约,维修时间和质量往往缺乏保障;原厂商维修虽然维修质量可靠,但由于存在技术垄断,价格往往高昂;第三方医疗设备服务则在维修技术和质量都有保障,且在价格和服务上的更是具有明显优势,是中小医院进行医疗设备维修的重要选择。目前第三方医疗设备服务己成为我国医疗设备服务中的重要组成部分。 然而,当前我国第三方医疗设备服务企业数目众多,技术实力参差不齐、市场信誉度较差,严重制约了我国第三方医疗设备服务业的发展。因此,为了构建核心竞争力、实现资源共享、提高服务水平和产业集中度,推动第三方医疗设备服务业的发展,第三方医疗设备服务企业有必要建立战略联盟。为此,本文首先阐述了研究第三方医疗设备服务企业的研究背景及意义,并利用文献检索法对此论题相关的第三方服务和战略联盟的国内外研究文献进行了系统分析,从而确定了本文的研究内容。 本文在已有的研究基础之上,分析了我国第三方医疗设备服务业的现状,采用SWOT分析方法对我国第三方医疗设备服务业的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行研究,认为我国第三方医疗设备服务业在服务价格、反应速度、技术人员方面存在着不可比拟的优势,且随着医疗设备总量增长迅速、医疗设备社会化服务的兴起,我国第三方医疗设备服务业面临着发展壮大的良好机遇。但是,由于提供第三方医疗设备服务的企业往往是中小型企业,大都在技术更新、专业培训、配件供给上存在劣势,甚至还要面临着垄断维修核心技术的原厂为代表的其他维修力量的巨大竞争压力。 进一步的分析认为,我国第三方医疗设备服务企业有必要建立战略联盟,同时市场和技术条件也为第三方医疗设备服务企业建立战略联盟提供了有力的保障。 最后,本文探讨了企业实现战略联盟的具体方案,并利用案例分析方法对我国第三方医疗设备服务企业的战略联盟进行了具体分析。此外,本文还为第三方医疗设备服务企业做好战略联盟给出了几点建议,以期能够更好地指导第三方医疗设备服务企业进行战略联盟实践,推动我国第三方医疗设备服务业的发展。
[Abstract]:Medical equipment is an important factor in the development of modern medical and health undertakings. Medical equipment service is an important guarantee for the normal operation of medical equipment and the full play of medical equipment efficiency. But in the current medical equipment service. Hospital self-study is limited by the limited maintenance force, the maintenance time and quality are often lack of guarantee; Although the maintenance quality of the original manufacturer is reliable, but because of the technical monopoly, the price is often high; The third party medical equipment service has the safeguard in the maintenance technology and the quality, and has the obvious superiority in the price and the service. The third party medical equipment service has become an important part of medical equipment service in our country. However, at present, the number of third-party medical equipment service enterprises in China is numerous, the technical strength is uneven, and the market reputation is poor, which seriously restricts the development of the third party medical equipment service industry in China. In order to build core competitiveness, realize resource sharing, improve service level and industrial concentration, and promote the development of third-party medical equipment service industry, it is necessary for third-party medical equipment service enterprises to establish strategic alliance. This paper first describes the research background and significance of the third party medical equipment service enterprises, and uses the literature retrieval method to analyze the domestic and foreign research literature about the third party service and strategic alliance. Thus, the research content of this paper is determined. Based on the existing research, this paper analyzes the current situation of the third party medical equipment service industry in China, and uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the third party medical equipment service industry in China. The opportunity and challenge are studied, and it is concluded that there are incomparable advantages in the service price, reaction speed and technical personnel in the third-party medical equipment service industry in China, and with the rapid growth of the total amount of medical equipment. With the rise of socialized medical equipment service, China's third-party medical equipment service industry is faced with a good opportunity to develop and expand. However, because of providing third-party medical equipment service enterprises are often small and medium-sized enterprises. Most of them have disadvantages in technology renewal, professional training, spare parts supply, and even face the huge competitive pressure of other maintenance forces represented by the original factory which monopolizes the core technology of maintenance. Further analysis shows that it is necessary to establish strategic alliance for the third party medical equipment service enterprises in China. At the same time, the market and technical conditions also provide a strong guarantee for third-party medical equipment service enterprises to establish strategic alliance. Finally, this paper discusses the specific plan of realizing strategic alliance, and uses the case analysis method to analyze the strategic alliance of the third party medical equipment service enterprises in our country. In addition. This paper also gives some suggestions for the third party medical equipment service enterprises to do a good job of strategic alliance, in order to better guide the third party medical equipment service enterprises to carry out the strategic alliance practice. Promote the development of third-party medical equipment service industry in China.
