服务创新不确定性环境下资源整合过程与创新绩效的关系研究

【摘要】:在全球经济高速发展的背景下,服务业已成为发展的重要力量,服务业的发展为推动整个经济的发展起着非常关键的作用。技术的发展促使公司实体产品的差异越来越小,而要在发展中不断提升自身竞争优势就必须在服务上寻求差异化,这进一步促使服务差异化在未来的竞争中起着更加重要的作用。而要在服务上形成差异化来不断提高服务质量和水平就必须重视服务创新活动的进行,服务创新是促使公司竞争优势提升的关键,是促进经济发展的主要动力。 服务创新是一个持续的过程,创新过程分为三个阶段:①概念阶段;②发展阶段;③保护阶段。从概念的形成到产品的投入都存在高度不确定性,这促使企业必须加强内外资源的整合来降低服务创新过程中的各种不确定性,提高服务创新的绩效。本文以知识密集型服务企业为研究对象,在服务创新不确定性的基础上来探讨创新资源整合过程与服务创新绩效间的关系。论文首先进行概念界定和文献整理,提出研究内容并构建研究模型;其次在文献梳理的基础上提出论文论文假设;然后通过数据回收整理并检验假设;最后讨论研究结论。研究发现创新资源整合的四个过程对服务创新的绩效具有正向影响,同时服务创新不确定性对创新资源整合过程与服务创新绩效间的关系具有部分调节作用,即服务创新不确定性对资源识别、资源获取与服务创新绩效的正相关系不具有调节作用,而服务创新不确定性对资源配置、资源利用与服务创新绩效的正相关系具有调节作用。对知识密集型服务创新来说尤其是在较高创新不确定性作用下知识的高密集度和高隐蔽性更需要的是知识资源的互动和融合,因为资源的配置和高效利用在这时能产生更高的创新绩效。 本研究可以理清服务创新不确定性环境下创新资源整合过程对服务创新绩效的关系和影响机理,,弥补相关研究理论的不足;对以后人们理解和认识服务创新不确定性环境下创新资源整合过程与服务创新绩效的作用关系和机制有一定帮助。
[Abstract]:In the context of the rapid development of the global economy, the service industry has become an important force in development. The development of the service industry plays a very important role in promoting the development of the whole economy. If we want to improve our competitive advantage in development, we must seek differentiation in service. This further promotes the service differentiation to play a more important role in the future competition. In order to form the service differentiation to improve the service quality and level continuously, we must attach importance to the service innovation activity. Service innovation is the key to promote the competitive advantage of the company and the main driving force to promote economic development. Service innovation is a continuous process. The innovation process is divided into three stages: 1 concept stage, 2 development stage and 3 protection stage. There is a high degree of uncertainty from concept formation to product input. This urges enterprises to strengthen the integration of internal and external resources to reduce the uncertainty in the process of service innovation and improve the performance of service innovation. Based on the uncertainty of service innovation, this paper discusses the relationship between innovation resource integration process and service innovation performance. Firstly, the paper defines the concept and literature, puts forward the research content and constructs the research model. Secondly, on the basis of literature review, the thesis hypothesis is put forward; then the hypothesis is collected and tested through data recovery. Finally, the conclusion of the study is discussed. It is found that the four processes of innovation resource integration have a positive impact on the performance of service innovation. At the same time, the uncertainty of service innovation partly regulates the relationship between the process of innovation resource integration and the performance of service innovation, that is, the uncertainty of service innovation identifies resources. The positive relationship between resource acquisition and service innovation performance has no regulating effect, but uncertainty of service innovation has no effect on resource allocation. The positive relationship between resource utilization and service innovation performance has a regulating role. For knowledge-intensive service innovation, especially under the effect of higher innovation uncertainty, the knowledge capital is needed more than the high concentration and concealment of knowledge. The interaction and integration of sources, Because the allocation of resources and efficient use at this time can produce higher innovation performance. This study can clarify the relationship and influence mechanism of innovation resource integration process on service innovation performance under the uncertain environment of service innovation, and make up for the deficiency of related research theory. It is helpful to understand and understand the relationship and mechanism between innovation resource integration process and service innovation performance in the uncertain environment of service innovation.
