北京胜利饭店人才流失现状分析及对策研究

【摘要】:随着经济的进步,管理科学的不断发展,我国酒店行业也面临着十分激烈的竞争,而且这种竞争集中体现在人力资源领域。北京胜利饭店是中国石化胜利油田投资兴建的一家三星级旅游涉外饭店,饭店位于北京市朝阳区,是举办各类会议、涉外活动、教育培训、旅游娱乐的理想场所。随着竞争的加剧,个严峻的问题摆在了北京胜利饭店老总面目前——企业的优秀人才正不断流失,现有人才队伍的不稳定不仅影响企业的正常生产运营,更增加了酒店用人成本,严重影响企业的后续发展。因此,胜利饭店要想扭转这种局面,就必须提出并实施一系列应对方案。 本论文根据北京胜利饭店人才‘流失现状,运用管理学、人力资源开发与管理的理论,以北京胜利饭店现行人力资源政策和管理制度、员工的满意度作为研究对象,分析了北京胜利饭店人力资源管理中存在的问题、员工流失的原因以及对酒店的不利影响,提出北京胜利饭店解决员工流失危机的管理措施、应对方案,建立人才危机预警机制;防止员工流失的具体对策,探索出人才优化使用的管理途径,本研究成果对于同行业星级酒店和其他的劳动密集型企业防止员工流失,具有普遍的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the progress of economy and the continuous development of management science, the hotel industry in our country is also facing very fierce competition. Moreover, this competition is concentrated in the field of human resources. The Beijing Shengli Hotel is a three-star tourist hotel invested in and built by the Shengli Oilfield of Sinopec. The hotel is located in Chaoyang District, Beijing, and is a kind of conference and foreign-related activity. Education and training, the ideal place for tourism and entertainment. With the intensification of competition, a serious problem has been posed to the chief executive of the Beijing Shengli Hotel. At present, the excellent talents of enterprises are constantly losing. The instability of the existing talent team not only affects the normal production and operation of enterprises, but also increases the cost of employing hotels and seriously affects the subsequent development of enterprises. Therefore, the Shengli Hotel wants to reverse this situation. It is necessary to propose and implement a series of response plans. According to the present situation of brain drain in Beijing Shengli Hotel, this paper applies the theories of management, human resource development and management, taking the current human resource policy and management system of Beijing Shengli Hotel as the research object, and the employee's satisfaction degree. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the human resource management of Beijing Shengli Hotel, the causes of staff turnover and the adverse effects on the hotel, and puts forward the management measures and countermeasures for solving the crisis of staff turnover in Beijing Shengli Hotel. To establish the early warning mechanism of talent crisis, to prevent the staff from losing, and to explore the management ways to optimize the use of talents. The results of this research can prevent the staff loss for the star-rated hotels and other labor-intensive enterprises in the same industry. It is of universal significance for reference.
