中国区域制造业与生产性服务业协调发展水平测度及其提升对策

【摘要】：实现制造业和生产性服务业的协调发展是我国产业结构升级的重要内容。本文运用协调度模型,对我国30个省(直辖市、自治区)制造业与生产性服务业的协调发展程度进行测算,主要结论是:目前我国区域制造业与生产性服务业的总体协调发展水平偏低,二者尚未形成高水平的互动协调发展关系。制造业与生产性服务业本身发展水平以及二者的协调发展程度都呈现出由东部向中西部递减的趋势,且各区域内部也存在一定差距。目前制约我国区域制造业和生产性服务业协调发展的主要因素有体制性制约、制造业低端化生产、外资企业与本地生产性服务的关联度低、城市化水平低及人才支撑能力弱等。各地区应根据存在的问题采取有针对性的对策措施,加快制造业和生产性服务业的协调发展。
[Abstract]:The coordinated development of manufacturing and producer services is an important part of the upgrading of China's industrial structure. In this paper, 30 provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government) are investigated by using the coordination degree model. The degree of coordinated development between manufacturing and producer services has been measured. The main conclusions are that the overall level of coordinated development between regional manufacturing and producer services in China is on the low side. The development level of manufacturing industry and producer service industry itself and the degree of their coordinated development both show a decreasing trend from the east to the central and western regions. At present, the main factors restricting the coordinated development of regional manufacturing and producer services in China are institutional constraints, low end production of manufacturing industry, and low correlation between foreign-funded enterprises and local productive services. The urbanization level is low and the talent support ability is weak. All regions should take countermeasures according to the existing problems to accelerate the coordinated development of manufacturing industry and producer service industry.
