沈阳悦驾代驾公司兼职员工的人力资源管理问题研究

【摘要】:近年来,“互联网+”这一概念被广泛使用到各种行业。2011年起国家立法严打酒驾,催生依靠手机App(应用程序,Application的缩写)工作的新型代驾行业快速发展。新型代驾具有代驾公司管理方便、客户下单方便、代驾司机工作方便、各方结算方便的诸多好处,随之而来的诸多问题也引起社会广泛关注。代驾司机和代驾公司属于合作性质,代驾行为是兼职,兼职费用按次结算,代驾工作时间、地点具有极大的自由度,代驾公司的员工绝大多数为兼职身份。如何正确面对这些新情况,做好兼职员工的人力资源管理工作,成为亟待解决的问题。通过研究近些年国内外对于兼职员工管理和代驾公司管理方面的有关文献和文章,以及互联网相关行业近些年的发展报道,综合运用案例研究法、诊断研究法、调查研究法进行分析。对沈阳悦驾代驾公司进行跟踪观察,对滴滴代驾、e代驾和沈阳悦驾代驾公司、行业相关人士进行调查问卷和访谈,结合艾瑞网、易观国际等第三方统计公司发布的行业数据进行分析。首先,说明本文选题背景及意义,介绍学界在兼职员工管理方法方面的研究,找到现有兼职员工管理理论研究的不足,以此开展分析研究。其次,从政治、经济、社会、技术等方面全面分析代驾公司生存环境。然后,介绍沈阳悦驾代驾公司基本情况,分析人力资源管理方面存在的问题,分析原因。最后,对沈阳悦驾兼职员工的人力资源管理提出对策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the concept of "Internet" has been widely used in various industries. The rapid development of the new type of driving industry, which relies on the mobile app (Application abbreviation), has many advantages, such as convenient management for driving companies, convenience for customers to issue orders, convenient working for drivers and convenient settlement for all parties. As a result, many problems have aroused widespread concern in the society. The acting driver and the acting driving company are of a cooperative nature. Acting as a driver is part time, part-time fees are settled on a one-off basis, and the working hours and location of the driving agent have great freedom. The majority of the employees of the driving company are part-time. How to correctly face these new situations and do a good job in human resources management of part-time employees, It has become an urgent problem to be solved. Through the study of the literature and articles on part-time employee management and the management of driving companies at home and abroad in recent years, as well as the recent development reports of related industries on the Internet, the case study method has been comprehensively used. The diagnostic research method, the investigation research method carries on the analysis. Carries on the follow-up observation to the Shenyang Yuejia acting driving company, carries on the questionnaire and the interview to DiDi acting for driving and Shenyang Yueda acting driving company, the industry related personage, unifies the Ai Rui net, First of all, it explains the background and significance of this paper, introduces the academic research on part-time employee management methods, finds out the shortcomings of the existing part-time employee management theory research. Secondly, from the aspects of politics, economy, society, technology and so on, we analyze the living environment of the company. Then, we introduce the basic situation of Shenyang Yuejia Company, and analyze the problems in human resource management. Finally, the author puts forward the countermeasures to the human resource management of Shenyang Hyatt's part-time employees.
