藏羌彝走廊视阈下贵州美食产业创新发展研究

【摘要】：随着藏羌彝文化产业走廊全面建成阶段的到来,区域内文化经济一体化发展程度将进一步加快,内涵丰富、品类众多、口味独特的贵州美食也面临着前所未有的发展机遇。调研发现,目前贵州美食产业发展存在文化内涵挖掘不足、与旅游产业融合度低、管理营销方式落后等问题,而借助贵州打造"五张名片"的历史机遇,提升美食文化内涵,推动美食产业供给侧结构性改革,做大做强餐饮连锁品牌将会助推贵州美食产业实现跨越式发展。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the comprehensive completion of the Tibetan and Qiang Yi cultural industrial corridor, the development of cultural and economic integration in the region will be further accelerated, with rich connotations and numerous categories. Guizhou cuisine, with its unique taste, also faces unprecedented opportunities for development. The investigation has found that the current development of Guizhou food industry has problems such as insufficient excavation of cultural connotations, low integration with the tourism industry, backward management and marketing methods, and so on. With the help of the historical opportunity of creating "five business cards" in Guizhou, promoting the connotation of food culture, promoting the structural reform on the supply-side of the food industry, and making the chain brands bigger and stronger, it will help Guizhou's food industry to achieve leap-forward development.
