【摘要】:随着中央新疆工作座谈会的召开和全国19省市对口支援新疆工作的大力开展,新疆各项事业的发展已站在了新的历史起点上,其中,旅游业作为新疆和谐发展的“晴雨表”,首当其冲。国家对新疆旅游业发展的支持和关心前所未有,国家旅游局也采取了一系列措施,从资金、人才、规划、干部培训各个方面对新疆给予支持。自治区对旅游业发展的重视也前所未有,出台多项重大措施推动旅游业发展,着力扩大旅游消费,着力提升服务质量,着力推动改革创新,着力促进旅游产业转型升级。与此同时,酒店业作为服务产业三大支柱之一,在新疆已经进入成熟期,市场竞争激烈,但也迎来了难得的发展机遇。徕远宾馆作为兵团唯一的政务接待宾馆,在发展过程中也面临着一系列的问题,面对日益多样化和个性化的消费需求,要增强宾馆在新形势下的生存和发展能力,就必须要重视和运用战略管理理论和知识,结合实际,实施战略管理,运用现代化经营管理理念和手段,提高宾馆经济效益。本文在新疆和兵团迎来跨越式发展和长治久安的历史背景下,以徕远宾馆为研究对象,运用战略管理的相关理论和方法,综合分析徕远宾馆面临的内部、外部环境,并以此为根据制定出宾馆的发展战略规划。本文首先介绍了行业现状,管理现状等相关背景,综述了企业战略管理发展的历程、基本理论、基本方法,分析宾馆实施战略管理所要解决的问题。接着从徕远宾馆外部环境分析出发,通过对宾馆所处的宏观环境、行业环境、行业关键因素等方面的分析,研究分析宾馆所处的外部环境,并运用PEST和波特五力模型对徕远宾馆在行业内的竞争力进行分析和定位。然后对宾馆内部资源进行分析,,研究宾馆内部资源和能力等方面的实力和优势。在对宾馆外部和内部环境分析的基础上,科学运用SWOT分析法,提出徕远宾馆的发展战略。最后,根据所选的发展战略和徕远宾馆的实际,做出战略实施的具体意见,用以指导徕远宾馆可持续性发展。
[Abstract]:With the holding of the Central Xinjiang work Symposium and the vigorous development of the work of supporting Xinjiang by the 19 provinces and cities throughout the country, the development of various undertakings in Xinjiang has stood at a new historical starting point, among which, As a "barometer" for the harmonious development of Xinjiang, the tourism industry bears the brunt of the country's unprecedented support and concern for the development of Xinjiang's tourism industry. The National Tourism Administration has also taken a series of measures, from funds, talents, and planning. All aspects of cadre training have given support to Xinjiang. The autonomous region has also attached unprecedented importance to the development of tourism. It has introduced many major measures to promote tourism development, exert efforts to expand tourism consumption, focus on improving service quality, and strive to promote reform and innovation. At the same time, as one of the three pillars of the service industry, the hotel industry has entered a mature period in Xinjiang, and the market competition is fierce. But it also ushered in a rare opportunity for development. Laiyuan Hotel, as the only government affairs reception hotel in the Corps, also faced a series of problems in the course of its development, facing increasingly diversified and individualized consumer demand. In order to enhance the ability of the hotel to survive and develop under the new situation, it is necessary to attach importance to and apply the theory and knowledge of strategic management, combine the practice, implement the strategic management, and apply the modern management idea and means. Under the historical background that Xinjiang and Bingtuan welcome leaps and bounds development and long-term stability, taking Laiyuan Hotel as the research object, using the relevant theories and methods of strategic management, this paper comprehensively analyzes the interior of Laiyuan Hotel. Based on the external environment, and based on the development strategy planning of the hotel, this paper first introduces the current situation of the industry, management status and other related background, summarizes the development of strategic management process, basic theory, basic methods, This paper analyzes the problems to be solved in the implementation of strategic management of hotels. Then, starting from the analysis of the external environment of Laiyuan Hotel, it analyzes the macro environment, the industry environment, the key factors of the industry, and so on. This paper studies and analyzes the external environment of the hotel, and analyzes the competitiveness of the Laiyuan hotel in the industry by using PEST and Porter's five-force model, and then analyzes the internal resources of the hotel. Based on the analysis of the external and internal environment of the hotel, the author puts forward the development strategy of Laiyuan hotel by using SWOT analysis method. According to the selected development strategy and the actual situation of Laiyuan Hotel, the concrete suggestions of strategy implementation are made to guide the sustainable development of Laiyuan Hotel.
