湖南水府国际健康城建设项目可行性研究

【摘要】：当前，我国的健康产业正处在初级发展阶段，相对应的管理服务也处于松散型状态，而由于我国滞后的国家医疗体制无法满足人们的健康需求，使得两者的矛盾与日俱增。目前，我国现有的国家医疗服务体系服务的主要对象是已经生病的患者，并没有专门的机构为亚健康人群提供服务。我国医疗服务体系应该从整体入手全面地解决群众的所有医疗需要，包括亚健康人群。湖南水府国际健康城正是基于上述背景，以为消费者提供全面的健康服务为目的而提出的全方位健康解决方案，针对不同的消费者制定特定的健康服务，在此基础上着力提升大众健康意识。水府国际健康城这种提供全面服务及整体健康解决方案的模式不仅具有强大的竞争力，并且该项目的理论性和实践性问题更值得进一步的探讨和研究。本课题对国内外已有的可行性研究相关理论进行了综述，在理论分析的基础上，分析了水府国际健康城在当前市场环境下的需求状况、建设规模、场址选择等，对水府国际健康城的项目进行了具体分析，提出了项目的建设规模和建设意义，并通过对湖南水府国际建康城项目的整体分析，制定了投资估算计划和资金筹措方式。同时，对水府国际健康城进行了财务评价、社会评价和环境影响评价。本文旨在将理论与实践相结合，，通过分析水府国际健康城项目的可行性，尝试为该项目的实施制定一个合理的建设方案，并设计合理的投资预算采取合适的资金筹措方式，保证实施该项目将会对社会产生积极而深远的影响。
[Abstract]:At present, China's health industry is in the primary stage of development, the corresponding management services are also in a loose state, and because of the lagging national medical system can not meet the health needs of people. The contradiction between the two is increasing. At present, the main target of the existing national medical service system in our country is the sick patients. There is no specialized organization to provide services to the sub-health population. Our medical service system should comprehensively address all the people's medical needs, including the sub-health population, from the overall perspective. The Hunan Waterhouse International Health City is based on the above background. A comprehensive health solution for consumers to provide a comprehensive range of health services, with specific health services for different consumers. On the basis of this, we focus on raising public health awareness. This model of providing comprehensive services and overall health solutions is not only highly competitive. Moreover, the theoretical and practical problems of the project are more worthy of further discussion and study. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the paper analyzes the demand, construction scale and site selection of Shuifu International Health City in the current market environment. This paper makes a concrete analysis on the project of Shuifu International Health City, puts forward the construction scale and significance of the project, and through the overall analysis of the project of Hunan Waterhouse International Jiankang City, formulates the investment estimation plan and the way of raising funds. Financial evaluation, social assessment and environmental impact assessment were carried out for the International Health City of Shuifu. The purpose of this paper is to combine theory with practice, analyze the feasibility of Shuifu International Health City Project, try to make a reasonable construction plan for the implementation of the project, and design a reasonable investment budget to adopt the appropriate financing method. Ensuring the implementation of the project will have a positive and far-reaching impact on society.
