两岸服务业合作的现状、问题与对策建议——基于政治经济学的分析

【摘要】:两岸服务业合作是海峡两岸近年来一致致力推进的领域,其实践已经取得初步成效。本文基于中国大陆与台湾地区服务业的发展现状与特点,在利用竞争力指数和钻石模型的基础上论证了双边服务业的竞争优势、合作前景。实证研究表明,中国大陆和"台湾当局"在当前服务业上彼此均面临较好的合作契机,一方面台湾地区的服务业竞争优势能促进大陆服务业结构优化和转型升级;另一方面,大陆广阔的市场空间也为台湾地区服务业外向型发展提供了市场条件。然而由于不利于合作因素的存在,尤其是基于政治性考量的偏见,两岸深化合作面临重重困难。
[Abstract]:The service industry cooperation between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait is a field that both sides of the Taiwan Strait have been promoting in recent years, and its practice has achieved initial results. This paper bases on the current situation and characteristics of service industry development in mainland China and Taiwan. Based on the competitiveness index and diamond model, the paper demonstrates the competitive advantage and cooperation prospect of the bilateral service industry. The empirical study shows that both the Chinese mainland and the "Taiwan authorities" are faced with better opportunities for cooperation in the current service industry. On the one hand, the competitive advantage of Taiwan's service industry can promote the optimization and upgrading of the mainland's service industry structure; on the other hand, The vast market space of the mainland also provides the market conditions for the export-oriented development of the service industry in Taiwan. However, due to the unfavorable factors of cooperation, especially the prejudice based on political considerations, it is difficult to deepen the cooperation between the two sides of the strait.
